Oh! Sushi — Restaurant in Oxnard

12/2/23 5:00 PM. We recieved the most gross food ever no sauce for pot stickers or tempura shrimp / vegetables.

The sushi roll were soggy not fresh and thrown in the take out box all coming apart.

The endomi beans were a joke . I called to speak to the owner who is normally there. I spoke to one of the workers who answers the phone to talk about our order.

She was sarcastic , and the manager could/ would not come to the phone to talk to me.

The owner is normally there micro managing her servers.

We were.told to bring it back to be replaced.. I told her. We are not returning with all the traffic.

I called 3 times and they hung up on me and the manager would not come to the phone.

Also the owner is not allowed to put a tip on the bill: unless the customer is notified prior to paying the bill.

If i am not mistaken this is illegal to charge a tip without notifying the customer.

We notified a server months ago about this tip charge and they Saud they have no control over what the owner dies.

If it's on the bill the owner gets the tip; I think this is not correct.

I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food has a Happy Place in the trash.

Our bill was not itemized for each item charged. Total was $61.25 and $5.00. Tip added to the bill that was not authorized by the customer.

Order 18:59:35 transaction 15 visa pymt $56.25 $5.00 unauthorized tip added to bill.

THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO BE ASKED IF A TIP IS TO BE ADDED TO THE BILL.

OTHERWISE THIS IS AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE BY THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY.

MAKE SURE WHEN YOU PAY YOU GET AN ITEMIZED COPY OF FOOD ORDERED AND MAKE SURE THERE IS NO TIP ADDED TO YOUR BILL AT TIME OF PAYMENT!!!

UNLESS YOU AUTHORIZE THE TIP THAT IS AN ILLIGEL CHARGE--YOU MUST BE...

I'm sad, My son and I have been going here for years. We always order the same thing. My son orders the Orange chicken and I ordered the Rose flower. That's it every time.

The Rose Flower used to be this amazing, giant, Yummy roll topped off with Capers and each end of the roll had a fried shrimp. It was perfect. Our last visit before yesterday I noticed no shrimp, I thought maybe They ran out or forgot. the roll was still big and had great portion of fish. Well last night we ordered our usual and I got the most pathetic Roseflower yet An itty bitty roll barely any fish and no shrimp. And to add on top of that they no longer have orange chicken as an entree but only as an appetizer! So my sons plate still cost the same but got a very small ammount. And my Rose flower. .Because of the lack of fish and being a teeny roll stuffed full of avocado well that's all I tasted. avocado and of course everything cost the same. I know, who cares, saying I'm not going back they lost a customer. But they have. I don't know if they are cutting corners to save a buck or they just had a Chief that did a bad job. Sad we...

Sushi was very fresh and great price, but the only reason I can rate 3 stars is because when we entered it was not that busy and most of the people had finished and leaving and had asked for seats right at the sushi bar and promptly given menus but it seemed after that they forgot about us. Finally after about 20 minutes our order was taken but was never asked for drinks. After a few more minutes the waiter asked for our drink order and ordered 2 drinks. Food arrived and still no drinks, after the first roll again asked about drinks and the waiter said sorry but it was really busy, looking around only 4 tables had customers. Finally after another 10 minutes he brought water which was not what we ordered. No big deal until I go to pay my bill and was charged for drinks I never received and I had to prove it to the cashier that all we got was water and by that time the waiter stopped by and again apologized that he forgot to bring the drinks we ordered and was credited, but it seemed like such a hassle. I'll go back but maybe skip the drinks...
