Horrible customer service messed up our orders because was to busy talking to each other and had there AirPods in there eyes my friend lost her wallet and we left and called them back and one of the two girls answered and said idk come look your self and was rude said that she left with her wallet and got in the car with the wallet and I went in there after they got no where and got back and I was mad and took her back and then they said ohh you your formed dropped it and stuff and I walked out and started mocking me and messed up my drink and told the girl I wanted a lcyee ice tea and with lycee jelly instead of boba and gave me a blended and had regular boba and had them remake it and she rolled her eyes at me and they messed up because they were talking to her coworker and not paying attention horrible customer service and rude workers and the drink was horrible I do not recommend going here the girls are high school workers and just rude and horrible service talking about other customers that was infront of us and talking about us and me when we walked out the girls are high...

Ended up going here cause Boba and Me across the street said they open at 11 and it was passed 11 and I was waiting outside. She came to the door finally and said they were closed and pointed at the sign. I responded no it says u open at 11. She said that she was the only one there and couldn't take my order. Was rude about it too. So I came to Boba Smoothies and there was only 1 worker and she was super nice and got my drink ready in no time. Just 1 person was there and was able to take my order and make my drink. Unlike Boba and Me. Pathetic excuse she gave. So I reccomend Boba Smoothie anytime over Boba and Me. Drink was very good! This place has the worst employees I have ever seen. The two female employees weren’t listening when ordering drinks. They were talking about about other costumers rudely in front of us. They messed up one of the drinks and had to remake it because they weren’t listening. Then when a report came in about a lost item they were extremely rude and disrespectful. One rolling her eyes and laughing at us/ not being helpful with the situation. The other saying “I already told them it wasn’t here”, instead of kindly saying that “we couldn’t find it”.
