Ameci Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Oxnard

First time ordering through DoorDash. This was our Son's choice for His Birthday dinner. He and my Husband ordered Lasagna. I ordered Veal Parmesan. So,as an ITALIAN-American who makes and Cans my own generational Marinara Sauce , I can tell you I was Highly dissatisfied. The Marinara was ok. The Veal was processed veal, the breading Soggy at best. I also ordered Garlic sticks and Rolls. Not quite sure what I received vin that! We got what resembles a square pizza with no sauce and a little garlic. Basically, pizza dough with a VERY tiny sprinkling of garlic. No sign of "Sticks" and Especially did NOT receive any type of rolls. Spaghetti was Absolutely TERRIBLE! Overcooked, and dogged down with little sauce it absorbed. Just NOT good, At ALL. GUYS said Lasagna was alright. Honestly,I MAKE my Lasagna, BUT, Because I wasn't up to cooking today,My Son opted for Ameci. I guess I will be making MY Sauce tomorrow and having an AUTHENTIC Italian dinner. Sorry Ameci, but you did Not come through for my Son's birthday. I tried calling IMMEDIATELY after receiving our order, but apparently you had already closed. Really...

Horrible customer service! I have been a loyal customer for many, and I mean many years. Today I attempted to order for delivery. I have been getting delivery from this particular Ameci for over 9 years. The manager that was working today said that I was too far for delivery. I am an Oxnard and they are in Oxnard. I am less than 5 miles from them. All of a sudden after 9 years of delivery, I am too far for delivery?!?! Unbelievable! I ordered from Marco's Pizza. They were fantastic and delivered without hesitation. They were happy to get my business. I will never go to Ameci again. Only Marco's Pizza going...

Pizza was ice cold. Was very upset order delivery so I didn’t want to go out in the rain and get wet but I still had to go to upstairs and get wet and get the pizza because my delivery guy didn’t want to get off the car and go bring my pizza to my door. When I did receive it it was cold if I wanna call pizza I would’ve made a microwave pizza or something very disappointed. Pizza was cold and did not taste good when did more than an hour for it.
