New to the area. This place accepted my insurance. Was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and professional. Just questioning the 15 cavity diagnosis for my 19 year old... so, I got a second opinion from my daughters old dentist,. He looked at her X-rays then took the metal tool that pokes and checks for cavities and said SHE HAD NO CAVITIES! Not one! I asked him how a dentist could make that mistake, and he showed me her back molars have deep grooves and are stained. My daughter said that Omni dentist did not use the metal pick to check tooth integrity, he just looked into her mouth and started counting how many cavities,,, I’m so happy I got that second opinion so my kid didn’t have to endure the pain of him drilling into her healthy teeth, and my insurance wasn’t charged for unnecessary procedures. The dentist was not respectful to my tooth pain during the cleaning and did not clean the last tooth. He was very offended I asked him to clean the last tooth, saying he had 10yrs of experience and it was a good cleaning. It definitely wasn't a great cleaning. I was lucky he didn't start telling me what university he went to. He scraped my gums with the pointy side and was using too much force and speed during the clean that it hurt me. The tooth cleaning was ok, not great and not good. Would've been a good one if he had been more considerate and listened to me genuinely.

I am not a practice maniquin. On top of it being an ok cleaning, an arrogant dentist, and the root canal I supposedly need not being covered by MediCal, this dentist is not worth it. I will get better treatment somewhere else, they will accept my insurance, and I have every faith that they will be considerate to...
