2:05pm on November 25, 2024 The cashier at the register he was very nice, very professional and very helpful. The supervisor not manager because I asked her to make sure and she said she was the supervisor. The supervisor was asked to come over and help me repurchase a drink and she did not reply to anything I said to her and when the cashier that was very helpful asked if it’s okay that she helped she replied very rudely and disrespectfully to him and directly in front of me “I guess!” She was very rude, snotty, unprofessional and entitled. I can’t imagine what the rest of the staff endure from her that don’t want to complain about her day to day, just trying to get paid and go home and feel her how horrible her attitude is because they’re afraid to speak out to management because they’re afraid they’ll get fired or demoted. And I cannot imagine the amount of customers that deal with her and she’s gotten away with having her horrible behavior and attitude so she doesn’t mess up their drinks if they decide to ever come back here. The management needs to do better with picking respectful employees not playing favorites with rude entitled people. I love this place always but I'm surprised to see a sign on the door asking for workers they are paying $14 an hour for a quite demanding job they're never not busy and they make drinks super quickly they're ONLY raise in pay is the fact they get tips but they can't survive off tips management should be paying these mostly young employees at the very least $15 maybe that's why they aren't getting too many workers either way make sure to tip cause that seems to be the only way they're getting money. I hope they change for the new store opening I can't wait for a closer location to me but I really want these people I see almost weekly to be recognised.

Oop update I saw on their door their starting pay is $15 I think that is bare minimum for their fast paced job but I'm glad they are getting something more they shouldn't have to...
