Tonight at 7:18, 2/23/2020, my experience with the lady taking my order was appalling. She was extremely rude and wouldn't let me speak! Then, she took another customer's order. When I asked her to repeat my order, she told me to go to the first window. When I got there, I asked who was handling my order, and she had passed it to another lady who had already left. When i asked to repeat my order she smirked and rolled her eyes on me. because i told her she forgot to put my order in the bag and i have to drive back to tell them the hassle that they put me through. And instead of apologising she have the nerve to yell at me, when she was the one at fault. I asked to speak to the manager, and asked who took my order and told her how rude she was, She apologized, but the girl who took my order girl was rude and didn't even say sorry! To add insult, she forgot to include BBQ sauce! this is not the first time, it was my third time so i had enough! This place consistently messes up simple orders - first, the cheeseburger, then the sauce for the nuggets. It's not rocket science! All you have to do is look at the order, put it in the bag, and done. But no, they can't even get that right.
No etiquette, no manners. You need training! Start with basic customer service: greet your customers warmly. Don't just bark 'What can I get you?!'
And to top it off, the manager reached out to me a month ago to settle a similar issue. They tried bribing me with a free sundae cone. Like I'd fall for that! You can't buy my silence.

Read moreA couple of days ago my son and I went to the drive through for breakfast. We ordered 2 sausage mcgriddles and received 2 sausage mcmuffins. We went back to the window and told them and they said they were out of mcgriddles but could replace them with biscuits. Since my son doesn't like the English muffins we said, "sure." And then this girl named Natalie came over and asked for the muffins that they got wrong. I told her that we had touched them and she said that that was fine. She watched me through the window as I made sure I gave her the right ones. She then took them and made sure that I saw that she threw them in the trash. She literally threw them away, wasted the sandwiches because they had given us the wrong ones. Natalie's behavior was so petty, rude and wasteful. There are always unhoused people in that vicinity, we could have given those to someone hungry and she threw them away. We live near this McDonald's and have never had an issue with anyone else but this person had the worst customer service skills! I will avoid any other interactions with her in...
Read moreI ordered the quarter pounder with cheese for the first time since they revamped the meat and all. To say the least I was not impressed. The meat patty was moist and juicy, but definitely not "cooked to order." When I took it out from it's little box it was dripping in grease, which tells me it was cooked fresh, and then left sitting in the little "waiting on deck" box for awhile. They Must have a better system than this in place. It's just not being followed. Why would the bun be soaking up grease if this was not the case? Anyway I'll just stick to the cheap stuff if I want a "burger" from here in the future (McDouble or Double Cheeseburger) Quarter Pounder not worth it. But I did get my food very quickly!
