The reviews scared me and made me think I would have a horrible experience here but I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted and helped by kind, friendly, and helpful passport officers. They called my name for my appointment right on time and I didn't have to wait long to see someone to process my paperwork. The lady who helped me was very kind and explained everything as well as answered all my questions. A couple notes: They will need your original birth cert. for first time passport applicants and a photocopy. Fortunately they have a photocopier on hand so if you only have the original they can make a photocopy for you. They will have to photocopy your ID as well. They also have a current card processing machine so you can pay via cash, check, or card. Based on conflicting websites I wasn't sure if they would accept Visa for payment...

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The man in this image was angry, rude and very disrespectful. He obviously hates his job and should not be in customer service. I had an appointment, and he refused to help me. When asking a question regarding the paperwork he answered very rudely. I asked to speak to a manager and he rudely responded saying I can go look for one if I wanted to speak to a manager. I had my minor sons with me, and I had to walk around the store with them looking for someone for assistance and was advised there was no manager in the establishment. Always come to this office for our passport applications over the years. We have been very lucky every time. The staff were friendly and helpful. They don't take any renewal at this office anymore, only new applications. The rest is done by mail. They have photo service, $15 for 2 photos. You get to keep one. For their processing fee, $35, you can pay with a credit card, together with the photo service. Routine adult passport book take about 4 to 6 weeks now. Make an appointment, complete forms before you arrive. Get there at least 10 mins before the appointment time. The parking lot is small and is usually full. You can park at the shopping malls close by...
