Tacos Mi Pueblo — Restaurant in Oxnard

Was gonna give this place a 2 star but the home made tortillas and the waitresses add an extra star, 2 stars because they mess up on our order, and on one of my tacos there was barley any meat the rest were fine it was just the one taco but when I went back to ask if they could put more the girl up front told me to ask the cook myself so I had to go back to the kitchen to ask, thought that was kind of rude considering I worked at restaurants once and I would never say that to a customer, but other than that...

The food had no flavor, the papa's was crunchy (definitely needed to be cooked more)and the chorizo had chunks :( It wouldn't have been so bad but I asked what kind of chorizo they used before ordering and I was told different. I also ordered Mexican hot chocolate and I was told it was made with milk Not! IT was made with water :( I've had lunch there many times but breakfast was horrible. Whent in there to get me some authentic mexican food and thats exactly what i got on my plate. Service is great friendly employees. Had to ask one of the lobby girls who had put my tasty plate together and she pointed at a young man who she named felix. Prompts to him thank you for such an amazing plate full of flavor. with cooking skills like those he should be competing at master cheff. I will for sure be going back to this friendly,welcoming...
