the so called "manager Ryan was very rude. He ROLLED HIS EYES at me( are you freaking kidding me) when I asked him if my order was correct because, I wasn't quite sure what was on my double tostada. He then gave Thomas who was running the cash register a hard time about it with very much attitude. Then when my fiance approached him to ask his name so that we could leave a review he said it's none of your business. I then asked if he had a problem because I didn't know exactly what all a double tostada consisted of he then rolled his eyes twice more. Then another manager came up and tried to handle the situation she however I feel didn't handle it in a professional manner. I felt like she was just trying to tell me what I wanted to hear so that I would get away from the counter and not create a scene. On the other hand though the cashier Thomas was awesome I so think that he deserves a raise!!! or at least take Ryan's position as "manager!!!". I will not recommend this place to people as long as Ryan the so-called "manager" here. On a good note though the food was good and very pleasant. Taco Bell is our go-to place. However we will travel to another location so long as Ryan is "manager". You're totally not supposed to treat your customers in the manner that Ryan did. oh and to mention that when Thomas asked Ryan if the tostada was correct Ryan gave him all attitude as well and this so-called "manager" Ryan is supposed to be a manager treating his employees how he did when all it was was a simple question that the both of us had. I think he's not quite manager material if you ask me. Oh and last thing when my fiance did ask Ryan for his name and said that it was none of her business??? I then walked up to the counter and asked if there was a problem and then he gave us the wrong name imagine that!!!! shoot as a matter of fact I'm looking for a...
Read moreI came in and tried to order the $7 luxe cravings box and tried to substitute the regular taco shell for a Doritos Locos shell and the staff today refused to do it for me. I used to work for Taco bell and I did it for people all the time. All you have to do is sub the regular shell for a DLT shell. The manager there didn't even know you could do it?? She blamed it on the fact that "different Taco bells do different things"?? And that "this one isn't a franchise so we can't do it"?? Like she obviously has no idea what she's talking about because every taco bell I've ever been to and asked if they can sub my regular shell for a DLT shell, has done it. I have also ordered from this Taco Bell in the past and they have done it for me. The lady asked her manager if she could do it and she said no?? Manager must either be new or just have no idea how customer service works because I've been ordering my food like this for YEARS and have WORKED here so I know they can and just simply do not want to put in the work to do it. It's not that hard to tell your cooks to put the other shell in either. The Taco Bell I know will do anything to make their customers happy, even if it means putting a different shell in their food. I should know, Taco Bell was the longest job I ever held. The way the staff acted today about my shell is not reflecting the Taco Bell I used to know because it's so ridiculous I had to walk out with no food and drive to a different city just to get my taco ordered right!! Update: I went to the Nixa Taco Bell and they gave our food exactly how we asked, no issues. Steven was very nice and...
Read moreI used the app last night like I had done before many times. Normally things are fine when I do, but last night was a little different. When I do use it I'll go through the drive thru, but seeing that they were overly busy I thought I could stream line that process by pressing dine-in and take it to go. I went in thinking everthing would go smoothly, but they couldn't find my order. I would of been fine with this if the manager didn't treat me like an idiot. I verified that it hit my bank, and that it was indeed the correct address. That wasn't enough, and the manager told me that beacuse it had not registered in there system she could not fufill my order. After a few moments she said that the order appeared in the back. She then quickly shewed me to the side to take the next persons order. I think I would have accepted all of that and would not have even written this review, as I fully understand the consequences it has on a business. If they would have said, " I'm so sorry for your inconvenience, lets figure out what happened and get you taken care of." Literally all they had to give was an apology. Im not a hard person to please. I have never given ANYONE a bad review, but this is my first. Im sorry Ozark Taco Bell you just lost a customer who has been...
