The company needs hire more people With proper work ethic than someone who just comes along to fill a slot. They need to invest further training for their employees on how to keep the store clean and orderly. There’s never enough staff, there’s always long lines and there’s coffee grounds in the coffee half the time because they don’t empty them. There isn’t enough food out most of the time and a lot of people end up walking out because the food they went there to get isn’t there and they don’t want to wait Because it is a convenience store and therefore the food should be convenient. That ice cream machine might get cleaned once a month but not enough employees know how to work the machines in the building to clean them properly and take them apart much less put them back together. There is so much to do around the store and due to budget cuts employees have lost their hours. Because they cut hours from the employees and don’t have enough staffing, employees don’t always get to take their breaks because they’re having to work twice as hard to get everything done for the next shift. Read moreI would just be cautious ⚠️ getting gas at Caseys. Apparently, there is $150 hold on your debit card. The pump took my pin and then just stayed on "remove chip card." I had to go inside to get it resolved. The cashier said the pumps were working, She wasn't seeing anything wrong on their end. She stated I should probably just go ahead and prepay inside. She skimmed over some hold on my card. Which I didn't understand and was confused. I canceled the transaction on the pump as instructed by the other cashier. I've never experienced anything like that before. The cashiers acted like this was normal. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I've never heard of this and most importantly, have never had this happen. So, I prepayed $30, and then another $150 was withdrawn as a prepay? Which can take 24-72 hours to be returned. This is excessive, in my opinion, even if this is their new policy. It is definitely a bad business policy on Caseys part. I will never come back to a Caseys. Casey's gas prices are higher than anyone in the area, and they are unrefined. Many Americans live paycheck to paycheck and need to know about this policy. It needs...
Read moreI’m so confused about the sub sandwich I got this evening. I asked for a BLT, no tomatoes and I wanted it toasted. I shopped around for a bit, thinking that surely I could trust the employee to make a toasted BLT (no T) without any problems. Boy was I wrong. I got home and the bread was soft, the cheese wasn’t melted but hey, at least the bacon was cooked. There was also pepperoni and turkey added to my sub, which I’m guessing I paid extra for those two meats that I didn’t order and I didn’t even get a receipt so I couldn’t return it or review it. My foot long only had two strips of bacon on it. I guess the employee didn’t know...
