I don’t know if we overhyped ourselves. But I have been wanting to try these burgers since 2021 and now that we live here. Totally worth the 45 drive up to the north shore to try it when not stuck on a vacationer schedule, at least we thought. But man, did it disappoint. We got there and there was 4 people in line and all tables were full, so I was getting super excited (arrived at 7:45/8). As soon as we sat down everyone in the restaurant had their food because we had to wait 5 minutes to order because the person in front of us had a fake/stolen credit card or something. Not a problem, I can be patient for greatness.
When we got our food, looked amazing until we took our first bites. Burger was lukewarm/cold. I didn’t understand because everyone else’s food was just made and I HOPE it’s made to order but then why is the meat not HOT. -1 The onion ring is so thick that you really need to smash it to even get a bite of everything. Took me about 6 bites until I finally got my first bite of the whole burger. -1/2 The meat was so bland I had to go get extra sauce to give it some more flavor. -1 The burger was dry and rubbery. -1/2
Plus: onion ring, bun and bacon super tasty
Service was fine. I went to the counter to let them know about the taste, temperature and texture of the meat but no one was there and I could see all the workers in the back.
They don’t keep clean tables in between customers, so you are responsible to clean someone else’s table after they left. I wouldn’t care but provide spray bottles to help it stay clean. They serve on half of small to go box so your burger definitely falls of it. I made myself a little paper napkin landing area but our table was just filthy and sticky from the previous bbq sauce probably from the cowboy burger and onion ring flakes.
I really wanted to like this place but I guess it’s off to Teddy’s or just making them At home where I can definitely add a normal amount of seasoning and my burger will be hot.
Definitely do...

Read moreMy last several experiences here have left me disappointed, fed up, and vowing not to return. After reaching out to management and not receiving any response, and going two more times to see if my bad experience was a fluke and receiving bad service and bad food each time, I've decided that a review might be helpful for others who are on the fence about eating here.
Please see photos for what was served to me and my family. These are photos of the house fries and veggie burger we ordered. No joke 😱
If you need more explanation: the fries were soggy with grease and completely undercooked. They left a bad taste in your mouth. Also, for a $6 order of fries, they could give you a more generous portion. There was no seasoning on them and they were a huge disappointment.
The veggie burger was hilarious. No veggie pattie of any kind...just veggies. I guess we should not have been surprised by that, but in my experience a "veggie burger" is usually just that, not a pile of soggy veggies.
With this subpar food and ridiculous prices for what you're getting, it shouldn't be a surprise that service at this location is also a joke. We waited 45 minutes for our order when there was no line at all. No idea what took so long considering the food they served us looked like it was thrown together in seconds.
So, please get your act together Seven Bros. This location needs some help with training on food prep and service BADLY. When Seven Bros is on their A-game, it's a 5 star place to go. Whatever game this location is playing right now though is...
