If you are looking for good food and good service, stay away from here.

For instance the server that assisted us named Hanna was very rude and acted like we couldn’t be wasting any more of her time.

It seemed like once I mentioned the root beer being a Pepsi it all went down hill from there

. Then we ordered the 8oz sirloin and that was a mistake. 96% of both of the steaks we ordered was nothing but fat. The mashed potatoes were brought out to me in the incorrect fashion and tasted like instant mash. The macaroni is the exact rendition of Kraft Mac and cheese.

I sat my food aside and the server took it and was trying to rush us out. Once I got my check I was baffled that she would still charge me for a plate that was as untouched as mine.

Upon speaking to management the manager seemed to show empathy and seemed like she was going to take care of the situation.

The server came back and started arguing with me about what happened. And took off our drinks.

Then proceeded to offer to remake the steaks and when I accepted her offer she gave me nothing but attitude and went back into the back room.

Upon waiting 20 mins I got a steak that is in a to go container when I did not ask for that in any way. Also she brought it to me blue to the point where the entire steak had no firmness whatsoever. When I ordered medium rare.

if i could give 0 stars, i would. our waitress continuously avoided our table on purpose, as she would make sure to avoid all possible accounts of eye contact each time she walked passed us. other people got their food and drink orders far before us, and they arrived later (with the same waitress). we were here for an hour and thirty minutes, and it was busy, but not over the top busy to wait over an hour for some simple meals. not to mention, we had to constantly remind her of parts of our order that we thought she wrote down, and she got one of the meals wrong. end of story, we never got the drinks and sides that we ordered and had to cancel it. not pleased at all. there are so many other restaurants with less staff and more tables and they can at least manage to get us what we asked in a timely manner. about 3/4 of the way through the experience, we had to have a different waitress help us out since the other one was quite unreliable. i understand food service- i’ve been there and done that. but this was terrible. even for a “busy” night. props to the other waitress though, as she stepped up when she was obviously annoyed as well. also, i forgot to add, our original waitress was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and she gave us the dirtiest looks when we asked for water about 45 minutes in to us sitting there while she kept walking around us and avoiding...

I rarely leave reviews, until now. We placed a carry out order and were told 25 minutes. We pulled up to the carry out window and waited 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When we eventually got our food, it was wrong. There was barely an apology and instead got a “it’s the same amount of food.” Another 20 minutes went by and we still didn’t have half our order while the other half had gone cold. We had to shout through the window to get someone’s attention and gave the food back asking for a refund. Instead of an apology, again, it was an “it’s not my fault. We’re busy.” Dine in or carry out, we’re also customers. We finally got the refund, and then had to call them back over to get the tip back. Another woman came over and said “you want the $10 back too?” You don’t get a tip for a service you didn’t provide, yes!

Colorado also has a mask mandate. No one in the carry out/ bar area had masks on. We watched them for thirty minutes come back into the kitchen and remove their mask. The bartenders didn’t wear them at all.
