You can tell the main manager barista that was there today absolutely hates her job and her life. She’s incredibly rude when you ask a question or take a second to think, and she has a horrible attitude and condescending response. She was slamming the cups around and creating a hostile environment. The other two girls working were super sweet and noticeable uncomfortable when she turned to them to speak badly about the person who she just took an order from and was standing right there. Other customers were noticeably uncomfortable w how rude she was to them. She just has an overall hostile vibe that made me feel bad for even coming in to order and wanted to leave asap.    Read moreThis location is the only one in Pagosa and it is inside of the local market. It reminded me of the Starbucks inside of my local target back home. You cannot dine in at this location either. Unfortunately there was only one barista and she was nice. I felt bad for her because there was a wait/line. I do not know of this much traffic is the norm or of its due to the holiday season and ppl staying at the resort. I stopped here two days in a row to pick up a coffee beverage for my friend. I encountered two different ladies taking orders, both of whom were very nice. The second day, the poor gal was working alone, so she had to take orders and make drinks. It took a little longer to get the drink than it had taken the day before, but the wait wasn't more than a few minutes.
My friend gets a double espresso Americano, and he really loves the way they make it...
