Gordon Ramsay Street Burger is a restaurant inside the Harrah's Cherokee Casino. It's one of about four or five restaurants in the food court area of the casino. Burgers come a la carte. Things like fries and drinks are separate charges. The service was exceptional. I was greeted by a very friendly person who took my order. There was not a long wait, but I was there at around 2:00 p.m. on a Sunday. Also, the person who called my order out to me was extremely friendly as well. The burger patty was lacking in every respect. It was about 1/4 oh a pound, it wasn’t juicy, and almost no flavor. It wasn’t any better than the Golden Arches. Service was minimal. There was a kiosk to order from. The staff was not very positive, only the cashier at the “Grab and Go” smiled , and was outgoing and friendly. Read moreToday, I visited the Casino in Cherokee with the intention of dining at Gordon Ramsay’s burger joint. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
The service and ambiance were commendable when I ordered the farm burger. However, the meat lacked flavor, and the fried egg was overcooked. On the bright side, the chocolate mocha shake was surprisingly delicious. Despite this, my total bill, including fries, came to $24.72.
