McDonald's — Restaurant in Painttown Community

Placed an $80 order at restaurant using mobile code, card linked to app was charged. They attempted to say that it wasn't charged, and being overranged the order and told me my money will be back 24 to 48 hours later. So I went back 36 hours later before leaving town the money will still not on the card. Then they made an attempt to act like they couldn't give me my money back and accuse me of trying to scam them when I ask for cash instead of them saying it will go back to my card. I had already replaced the order and pay for it again with another card, so basically I paid twice and was only asking that the original charge go back to my card. Come to find out the cashier over in the order instead of refunding it original and if I had not stopped that morning on the way back home which is 5 hours away by the way, I would have never received my money back. The owner finally did give me my money, but she did it unwillingly and just to get me out of the store before I really begin to show out. And on top of all that, the second time we place the order and finally got back to the hotel, part of the order wasn't even there. Where they do that at? Oh yeah at...

Tville location. I had 3 boys,myself,and hub to feed and drink. 5 drinks,5 meals. We ALL wanted choc shakes. Machine was broken. They wouldn't accept my multi use buy big mac get 1 free coupon. So i had to buy 7 burgers plus a mcrib ,fries were old,cold nasty. Went across street to get shakes from burger king. Was NOT pleased. This was a Saturday night at 630 pm. Zero excuses, coupons given,discounts,or even an apology. Burger king was great tho. Very helpful,but cost 20$ for shakes. Total it cost 52$ for my kids to eat at McDonald's. Getting home,one of the burgers was COMPLETELY unwrapped and lying on bottom of bag Of course I called. Manager had no time to listen to me. He took down my name,and said come in for a 5$ discount I'll NEVER go back And it's the ONLY McDonald's we have within 30 minutes of us..oh did I mention the entire ordeal took 1.5 hours? Could have made a cheap homemade meal for my family for 10 bux and 1/3 of the time. Sorry McDonald's, I'm NOT a complainer. This was bad. They are locally owned and operated and horrible! Drive to a different mcdonalds or restaurant because this location does not care about the customers and are extremely rude and disrespectful. This is the closest mcdonalds to the casino and they can not handle the volume. My order is always incorrect or cold,like today I was missing a simple sausage from my hotcakes and sausage order and instead of apologizing for their mistake, I was met with attitude and eyerolls and a can i see your receipt. You didn't even look at the order to see if the item was missing, but instead wanted to make sure i wasnt receiving a free sausage. I will never visit this location again thanks to the constant incomplete orders and extremely rude employees.
