when i logged in to my profile on a kiosk to place the order, i saw an offer in my account get 50% off next 3 entrees. I added 2 entrees but it only too 50% off 1 entree. When i asked the cashier, she i should place 2 separate orders. So, how she suggested, i ordered 1 entree and i got 50% off like i was getting initially, but when i was placing my 2nd entree order, my offer was totally gone from my account. When i asked the cashier again, she said i don't know. The i asked her to get the manager. So the Manager, being so lazy, instead of coming and talking to me, sent the cashier back asking what was the name on the 1st order. She came out after that and is like i cannot do anything, i don't know anything about this offer. She had the print out of my 1st order and i showed how i got 50% off and was doing 2 separate orders how the cashier recommended. She starting giving m number to call rather than helping me and said u can call this toll free number and talk to them. This is what anyone will do? call customer service when they are placing order and in restaurant to eat food? I have had bad experience with this location in the past but i guess this was the last time i ever i went to this location. The main manager of this location should not rather the whichever is the next level who manages multiple locations should look into it if this will actually be looked into coz everyone just takes sides of the employees of their location. My date of visit was...
Read moreThe worst location I have ever been to. I stopped by it on Saturday to get soup for my kids and sandwich for myself. The store was not crowded and only one register was opened, cashier was already serving one couple. So I was next in line after them. First one employee came by the other register, so I headed to him, but he just said: "No other registers are opened" and left. Alright. I came back to the line, there were people staying behind me already. 2-3 minutes later the manager came by another register, so I headed to her, when she said: " You can go to this register (pointing on the cashier serving the couple) and I will help the next person. I was ashamed. Felt like she did not like me personally. I placed my order 1-2 minutes later with the another cashier and went to pick up my order. It seemed to me that they called me by the name, so I got up to pick up the order, but was not sure if it was mine, there were 3-4 people and no one was paying attention to me staying. Then manager came by the order pick up desk and did not even asked what I was waiting for. By that moment I felt miserable. I had to yell, asking if it was my order, she said: "Yes". I took it and left. I love Panera Bread but I will never ever come back to this location even though it is 1 minute drive from my home. I will go extra mile to another location and avoid facing poor customer service and...
Read moreAvoid if you have a service dog. The food is great, the staff is not trained on how to handle service dogs. The first employee that saw mine made sure to let every other employee know that there was one in the building. That being done, just saying there was a dog inside, and in the process distracting my service dog (which is really great for me), the manager came out during the meal. Attached is a picture of how my dog was laying down during the entire meal, including when the manager walked up talked to us and left. She pretty much in a nice way asked me if my dog was a pet... I could understand it if my dog wasn't clearly vested up, was up and about and causing a disturbance or barking or distracting other diners. But she wasn't, she is quite clearly a service dog. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was quite frustrated with the staff. If you don't have a service dog you'll be fine, I personally will not come back to this location. I have plenty of perfect experiences at other locations but clearly the staff has no idea what to do with a service dog a this location and some training is needed.
TLDR: Came in with a service dog and they have no idea what to do when that happens. I will not be coming back to...
