Worst service ever!! I tried ordering online but I was having issues with the app so I decided to just call and place my order. Called and spoke to a lady she took my order and I had her repeat everything back to me and she did. Get to the restaurant there was an elderly lady at the counter paying for her ticket then a couple behind her waiting to be seated then myself. The elderly lady was questioning something on her ticket and the young girl that was cashing her out had a serious attitude and the lady was just asking for clarification and all of a sudden the cashier took the receipt and her change and slammed it on the counter and the change flew everywhere and walked away. A young man that was eating got up and helped pick up her change. The older gentleman that was walking around (looked like some type of manager I don’t know) came up to the counter confused of what just happened but he watched it all happen. He never said anything to the cashier just kept moving around. The elderly lady left upset and the gentleman sat the couple that was in front of me and stood there and talked to them as I stood there and waited. He then walked back past me didn’t acknowledge me or anything. He was talking to what I was told the assistant manager they both looked at me and then turned around doing something on the computer. After 17 minutes of waiting the assistant manager came to the counter and I had to ask him for my order. He grabbed it and I was looking at the receipt on the bag and notice something wasn’t listed correctly so I said something he said “ oh it’s right I got a phone call and we made it right” so I figured everything was good since he knew what I was questioning. I drove home and was going through the food the item I was questioning was not correct like I said to him at the restaurant and then find that one of the meals was missing. So I called and when someone finally answered I asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me. I called back and it just rang and rang so I hang up and call back. A guy answered I told him the situation and he said he will get it made that I could come back and pick it up so I did. I get there and he did apologize offered me a free piece of cheesecake. I then pointed at one of the guys standing in front of the line and I asked if he was the manager he says “no we don’t have a manager right now he’s like the assistant manager but he didn’t get any training so he doesn’t know what he’s doing right now” I left frustrated cause I spent $70 just to be treated this way and to see an elderly woman being...

The "cook" obviously has NO IDEA how to cook eggs.... actually one of the easiest things ever...and at a diner no less!
2 orders of Build Your Own Grand Slam... Eggs ordered over easy, bacon crispy, sausage links and hadhbrowns.
Eggs served with busted yolks, cooked hard with crispy brown edges curling up.. Bacon shriveled up...yet somehow still fatty and limp. Sausage Links were actually hard as charcoal and cold.
The hashbrowns were the strangest thing ever! They were so dry and like eating fried sawdust. All we could come up with is it seemed like something that was dehydrated, then someone didn't know to soak in hot water to re-hydrate before cooking! We could not soften with egg yolk as it was cooked hard. We were choking. We were never offered drink refills.
Our server was actually busy mopping the floor of the entry way and the side dining area and setting up fans over towards the bathroom around 6PM, instead of checking on tables!
We ended up just trying to choke down a few bites, as we were hungry, as there was no way to get his attention while he was mopping! We just threw the napkins on the plates and chose to pay and leave.
No one ever checked on us, never brought the check...we just had to go stand at the cash register to wait to get his attention to pay, so that we could go to the car and get a bottle of water as we were both still caughing and dying and there was nothing to drink!
Also, there was no safe way to access the bathrooms, as it involved walking across slippery wet tile floors while trying to step over multiple electric cords for fans blowing on the floor. OSHA would have a field day of issuing fines for this practice!!!
We would give this Horrible Denny's location minus stars if possible! Regional Mgmt should swoop in to either immediately fix or close this location, as they give a black eye to the...

She mentioned this has been an on going issue and recommendations have been made to Corporate about a more real-time connection to avoid people waiting as I did for 35min after the promised time. Thank you Emily for the followup and concern about Dennys image. Not my first time ordering from this location via the app. I always wait until I get an email and confirm my order tracking online via the app that the food is ready before I head to the store. (I live 5min from location) Tonight, I scheduled a 7:30 pm pickup. The app said the food was ready at 7:22 pm. I went to the location, arriving at 7:35 pm, and to my surprise, no food was ready, and no one was at the host station. After waiting 5 minutes, someone came from the back and asked me if I was picking. I said yes, but I thought someone had stolen my food because it was not ready. She said let me check and came back and said it was almost done. I waited another 15min then went back up to the host station, and Jessica asked me the same question. I asked what happened and was told she does not control the app. I said I had been here for almost 30 minutes and got notification it was ready. She said we don't control it and walked away. Finally, she brought me the food (7:50 pm), and I asked for a Manager. She said there was no MOD here and that she could call them.
My concern is why would the app showed and said food is ready when it is not. Why has this never happened to me in the last 5 or 7 online orders in the past? I believe I was lied to by the host, and something was forgotten. Instead of telling me the truth, she proceeded to blame the app instead of telling the truth. I got my food at 8:05 pm and was told I would get a refund in 48 hrs. I will update my review if I do get my refund by the manager I spoke to...
