Yesterday, i picked up my parents from the airport, and on the way home, called in to order a pizza. A young lady answered the phone with a quick and cateles whisper, and i went directly on hold. After she came back to get my order, the voice volume didn't change. I ordered a large pizza, thin crust, meet and veggies. She gave me my total and said 15 minutes. Great. Thats exactly how long we had to drive, and the location is right around the corner from home. Upon arrival. I walked into the stote amd saw an empty warming oven, maybey my order is not ready yet. I looked at the TV where they have orders coming up and their status, and noticed that it had my order as completed already. One of the employees (a driver) saw me, said hi, and started asking for his female coworker to help the only customer it the store. She quickly yelled back that she was on break, and turned out to be the person who took my phone order. As i glanced to the back area, i see a few associates having a good time in the back. Maybe on break. A mamger looking gentelman comes and asks if i am there to pick up and my name. Than he tells met pizza is coming out now. Thats fine and great. Ive only been in the store less than a minute. They did for some reason self report the order as complete a while before it wasn't. But who cares as long as we get the pizza. So he hands me a pizza that is no way a large, and when I asked, he said that that is what's on the order. I said that i ordered a large. And suddenly the whispering millennial who was on break got her voice back. "Except you ordered a medium!" She yelled at me from the back. No reaction from the manager. When i told him that there was no way i ordered anything other than a large, for 3 hungry people, he offered to make me a different pizza, and she again yelled at me from the back, "Medium!" So I asked the manager to come to me from around the counter, so that can talk to him without his "employee of the month" interfering. Told him about my order, her wispering, getting it wrong, and now yelling. Told him how when i worked in food service industry, i would have been fired immediately for talking back to customer after getting the order wrong. He had nothing to say except, "sir, times have changed." Well buddy, you are correct, times have changed, and are changing still. Soon robots will replace your associate, and you will not have to deal with managing them. Btw, the advertised special on a medium pizza was not given to me either. So to summarize: lying on their own reporting that orders are ready when they are not, getting the order wrong, and unacceptable customer service. Hopefully someone who cares reads...

Read moreIf I could do zero stars I would. After a negative experience with them, I tried again. I called to order and before I started ordering I asked if they still had the bread bowl. The woman on the phone said yes. I started ordering and went over my order again including the "chicken fettuccine alfredo bread bowl". I then gave her my credit card information. After i repeated my order AGAIN. After this she put me on hold and then started the pasta only came in a standard bowl. I asked for a refund. She then only repeated that it only comes in a standard bowl. I asked to speak to a manager. After sitting o n hold a woman who claimed she was the assistant manager answered and said she refunded my card and it won't be back on it for 24-48 hours. I told her couldn't wait that long... this was treat for my kids. I have no other money. I asked if I could just come in and get cash back...I have never spoken to such a rude, inconsiderate, heartless "manager". This was beyond heartbreaking. Melanie should most definitely get some more training on how to handle situations. All of this can be confirmed on the...
