I came through the driveup to place an order. My total was NEVER given to me. I didn't know my total until I pulled around to the window. My daughter said the total amount was to high and she wanted to change her drink from a smoothie to tea. The Manager stated I must go back around around to change my order. So we decided to come in to place our order. When we came in. They never acknowledge us once we entered. When asked if someone would be placing our order. All the workers ignored us. 3 mins later a female worker approached the register with a nasty attitude. Then began to speak very loudly towards me in front of my daughter. So I got loud as well. The Manager Adrienne Gonzalez never tried to deescalate she only ignited the situation. From the very beginning the Manager Adrienne Gonzalez behavior didn't represent herself as a Manager. Therefore her workers feed off her bad behavior. My encounter was with the Manager at the driveup. I was never rude or disrespectful. Can you please explain why my daughter and I continued to be mistreated when we came in the inside. The fact the Manager Adrienne Gonzalez didn't allow me to adjust my order once we got to the window alone is quite disgusting. I know if I was any other race I would have NEVER been treated this way. Then she called the Police on me. Told me she was writing down my license plates. As if I'm going to run. I waited for the Police to arrive. I was then issued a no trespassing warning. Read moreThis location is a very horrible location. The entire staff is rude and they don’t treat anyone with respect. As I was standing in line inside the store 3 mins and nobody even acknowledged me and the other people. Then one of the the ladies there decided to look at us and tell us Drive thru only. This isn’t the first time I have came to this location and it’s always something with them. They are very unsanitary location and I could promise you that if you go here you’re not going to get the proper customer service or experience. Sometimes I go around 5pm and they have the dinning room closed. This location needs an entire new staff because they just don’t care about the customers. The gave me a lid on my coffee that is dirty and unsanitary. With everything around the world that going on you would expect them to atleast follow the guidelines. Also sometimes at night they have told me cash only. They treat the people with the same background as them with respect. Read moreSo tired of them not being capable of completing a simple order correctly. I order the same drink about 4-5 times a week and lately it's hit or miss. About half the time my coffee is as ordered, the other half it's not. I order an iced coffee paying extra for extra pumps of flavor and half the time it tastes like regular iced coffee without flavor. How the heck can I order asking for 8 pumps of flavor and not taste it? Either they don't read the ticket or they're doing fast squirts of the syrup because there's no way I can request that much flavoring and either not taste it at all or barely taste it.
