Incompetent, plain and simple.
I placed a mobile order for the first time and pulled into the drive through. Since I know most places have a process, the first question I asked was “I placed a mobile order, do I need to go inside or can I pick it up in the drivethu?
Whoever was on the speaker continued to insist that I was mistaken, that it must be under a different name or that I sent it to the wrong location. They argued with me for several minutes before I gave up and went inside to clarify and show them the confirmation email with my name and the store location.
The guy behind the counter simply handed me my food… 🙄 Are you kidding me? The order was sitting right there… AND I specified that I was unfamiliar with the process by asking if I needed to go inside. The person on the speaker offered no options, did not tell me I needed to go inside, did not say, sure, come to the window and show me what you have, did not ask the front counter if they had an order under my name, did not try to problem solve whatsoever.
When I expressed this to the person at the counter, the manager came around the corner as if she was ready to throw me out.

Read moreI ordered through the app. First, I waited curbside for 15 minutes for my food. I called the restaurant and they said they never received my order, which apparently didn’t even matter since they said they’re too short staffed to provide curbside.
So, I reordered at my cost (still waiting for refund from Wendy’s for the first order). I waited the 25 minutes in the drive-thru behind a good 13 cars. When I received my order a good 40 minutes after arriving, I pulled up to check it and it was completely wrong (probably someone else’s order). I knocked on the door for a couple minutes until someone finally came to check on the [now] crazy guy pounding on the door. Read moreWOW!!! Yaya is such a great employee!!! I had a late night mobile order and everything was made just right! When Yaya asked about why my burger had no meat Pattie’s on it my girlfriend explained that she is vegan. Yaya told us she wanted to be sure that’s truly what we wanted and even went above and beyond to ask if we wanted gloves changed when handling her food! AMAZING!!!! I’ve never see someone so genuinely caring and sweet. MANAGER!!! GIVE THAT AMAZING WOMAN A RAISE!!!!! Top notch employee. She even saw that there were extra pickles and made sure we did in fact want a lot of pickles and she put lots of extra pickles!! She’s so attentive!!
