Subway — Restaurant in Palatka

Person making sandwiches appeared to be new and didn't know what was on sandwiches so there was a longer wait than necessary. I ordered my sandwich with the ultimate cheesy garlic bread which was the way it was pictured. Person making sandwiches said if not ordered exactly as pictured, would cost more. When I got to cashier I was charged over $1 additional money for the bread. When I asked about it, another person working there said that the person making my sandwich tried to tell me that. Apparently there are 2 pictures of that sandwich displayed and the person making sandwiches was not able to articulate that. I went ahead and paid the additional money as I had to be somewhere in 1/2 hour and had to eat before I went there. Place is also very small so tables are only about 4 feet from counter. Since they were so slow, a long line built up and people in line were about 12 inches from my table. I will never go...

Yikes. Not sure if the lady that was doing everyone’s sandwich is in training or just incompetent. I got a hot turkey sandwich and by the time the staff was ready to add condiments to it, it was cold. My mom asked for a salad and instead of pulling out a bowl, filling with everything, then using the chopping thing, this lady put the meat on a piece of paper then into the container top while she filled the Togo container with everything else. When my mom asked for tomatoes she literally flopped full tomatoes on the lettuce and my mom had to ask for them to be cut. Oh and the best part, the manager gave my mom two spoons to eat her salad and then when my mom asked for a fork the man that was working took her spoons back and said there were no knifes or forks, aka leaving my mom with a salad and...

Ordered 2 large tuna subs. Same bread then came the tuna... on 1 of the subs she put 7 scoops, after the 7 scoop fulls she then smooths it out some. During this process I noticed she was running low on tuna in the bin as I glanced through the glass. I figured she'd go get another premade bin full. Nope, that wasn't the case 2nd sub got the very last 4 scoops on it. Smoothed that out all the way across the sub roll. Laziness!!! If people just did there job alot of things would improve.
