In a town so small, you'd think these businesses would want to have staff that encourages customers to come back. Not leave their first visit and NEVER even THINK about coming back. My young son and I came here for a quick bite, after a long day. After standing there for about 3 mins, with no "hello", "We'll be right with you", but workers standing around, looking right at us. A woman that's old enough to treat others the way you'd like to be treated, walks up and literally says "What you want?". Now I was ready to walk right out after the first 30 secs. But my 5 year old really wanted a meximelt and those cinnamon dessert things. I politely ordered, she walked AWAY! Didn't tell me my total, didn't say thanks, I'll be right back, literally walked away. Where she went? I have no idea bc I took my son's hand and we went out the door. It wasn't until I was putting my son in his car seat that she apparently came back to the counter and seen we walked out and that's when she opened the door and yelled "You still want that?". No thank you, I replied. 🤦🏼♀️ I've worked fast food before. I know it can be overwhelming, annoying, you put up with stuff (if you're serious about needing a job) that you wouldn't normally. But when a customer treats the employees with more respect than the employee treats the customer... maybe rethink your standards on what's acceptable and what's not acceptable when it comes to your employees. No doubt this is exactly why all these businesses are failing left and right...
Read moreNormally this location is above average or even exceptional. However just before 2am the morning of July 28, 2025, the staff decided we and our doordash driver should be punished for ordering 15 minutes before they closed, despite the dasher being earlier than the provided ETA. 4 out of 12 items were missing. The 8 we received were obviously prepared with lesser quality ingredients/foreign ingredients/less of the ingredients given and quite intentionally burnt severely. They were then packaged as poorly as possible with food leaking out of the wrapper which then prevented the removal later without tearing the already burnt tortillas. Every item also appeared to have been flattened or squeezed so that they were messier and less appetizing. Due to the vindictive nature of this, and likelihood that worse things could have been done as well, we declined to risk eating the food and gave it to our pets. Doordash provided a full refund, citing the obvious safety hazard. Extremely appalling behavior from the staff on duty, since all employees had to...
Read moreThis was a drive through experience. In the car were my two little ones, myself in the passenger seat and my dad driving. My dad is a diabetic and his sugars were getting low so he wanted to go through the drive thru. When he was ordering he stated clearly what we all wanted several times. The gentleman taking the order wasn't very nice. Our order was not complete when handed to us and what we got was not right. We ordered a burrito Supreme for my dad. We did not get that. I wanted 2 Frito burritos but they are discontinued so I got 2 bean and cheese and added beef because the guy said they don't have bean and beef burritos and let me know in a slick way. My little ones got the Doritos taco Supreme that was not Supreme there was only meat and cheese on it and I ordered a crunch wrap with a soft taco and ended up getting a half made not filled right or wrapped right wrap and a crunchy taco. The only things that came out right were the drinks and two orders of twists. I was really disappointed. I am still mad about the money...
