Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Palestine

The guy took my order at the speaker, said I'd have to wait for the Biscuits so I said that's fine. Pulled up to the window and waited for about 20 minutes, someone came up and asked if I placed an order. I said yes..I did back at the sign...20 minutes later the dude with the headset opened the window and asked me how he could help me..I said., didn't you JUST take my order 20 minutes ago? I thought I was waitingnfor Biscuits?? Then he proceeded to IGNORE ME when I asked if they had any fresh chicken..I asked again..he finally went to go ask the cooks he finally put my order in once he said they'd make some fresh chicken. Then I asked to speak to the manager. As I was telling the manager what just happened, he was yelling in the background "I told her she had to wait idk what she's tripping about" I was like wow..you need to talk to that guy. He has no idea what he is doing apparently. I ended up leaving and not getting any food at all bc I didn't want them to have to make some close to closing. If I go here again it'll be in the day time, hopefully when that skinny YT guy at the window isn't working bc he is not good at...

Well it's a shame you can't leave zero stars, I will start with the food, the smokehouse chicken the positive was it was fresh out of the cooker and that's the only positive it gets. negatives it looks off like they had done something wrong we peeled some of the skin off and the meat looks so so at best but the taste was the deal killer if was not good. The greenbeans were low grade and cold the potatoes and gravy were just OK. I would also like to mention the inside of the building was filthy with dead and live flies ever where, the chairs were all sticky and filthy the table was also dirty. I also want to say the workers also looked filthy all in all I will never purchase food again from this location. The manager or owner needs to take some pride with the store and workers my guess is because of how filthy the place is people are getting sick eating the foot. I will be reporting them to the health...

DO NOT EAT HERE. My husband and I ordered two meals and once we received the meals and got home we quickly noticed that the meals were incorrect and so when we called the restaurant they felt the need to tell us well you didn’t get charged for that other meal so you should basically be happy with what you got and I explain to the woman no I ordered this meal and you gave me the wrong meal and she’s like what do you want me to do about it and I was like fix it and she’s like “well you didn’t get charge for that so you should just basically be happy with what you got” ,the woman was rude and wouldn’t give us a receipt didn’t give us a solution, so I’ll tell everybody that will listen to not eat at...
