My gf and I stopped here when coming back from thanksgiving w her family in east texas. It took a whole hour to receive our food, but i will admit it was worth it! I would've given them 5 stars had i not waited an hour for my food, but I do appreciate the lady at the register apologizing for the long wait They did seem short staffed with 2 ladys in the kitchen , 1 lady at the register while floating orders, and a young lady whom was clearly someone's daughter that was our server. It's counter service so order at the register and pay at the register when you leave. We had the huevos mexicana plate, matamoros gordita, and frijole con carne buritto. All homeade tortillas on flour or corn. The salsa verde was mt fvorite but my gf preferred the combination of verde and rojo. The bacon was very high quality and crispy, the potatoes were evenly chopped leading them to be evenly cooked, crispy, and soft. All meats were spiced and cooked to perfection. I stop by here in lunch on occasion and always get tacos to go. They have the best tacos in town in my opinion. The staff are are always friendly.
