After a disappointing night of sub par tacos the night before my husband surprised me with a quick sneak over to El Rey’s in the middle of the work day. And while my husband is a firm believer in the Carne Asada street taco I was a little hesitant at first. To say my mind was blown is an understatement. Taco Quesabirra have completely taken over my every thought. I dream of the consommé. The melty, cheesy, molten hot shells haunt my every step. AND THE PICKLED VEGETABLES!!!! Chefs kiss. The amazingly nice young men working the truck are my hero’s! Thank you El Rey’s, for redeeming tacos and saving my work day from bland pb&j.

I was pleasantly surprised by this gem. I will definitely be back any time I'm in the area. The Quesabirria and the street tacos are fantastic. I really appreciate that I could order the street tacos ala carte and choose a different protein. The carnitas tacos really hit the spot and go great with the pickled veggies

I stopped by today for lunch. I was in Palisade so I knew what I wanted. I got the burrito rancho. When the nice young man asked about hot sauce I told him to hurt me. I was not disappointed the sauce was awesome and made my sinuses run. I am full and very happy. I will be back as soon as I am back in Palisade.

Hey Taco Lovers! 🌟 If you're roaming around Palisade, guess what? The best taco magic is happening on wheels! 🚚 That's right, this amazing food truck is often spotted at the carwash. Massive shoutout to the friendliest crew in town! Plus, they've got an outdoor sitting space perfectly shaded for those sunny days. 🌳☀️

And now, for the main event... 🥁drumroll🥁... Presenting the legendary QuesoBirria Tacos! 🌮 I'm kinda obsessed and visit weekly (okay, sometimes even more 🙈). So dreamy, I literally daydream about them.

🔥 Pro Tip: Make the QuesoBirria Tacos your first pick. You'll be sending gratitude vibes my way! 😉 10/10. A must-visit spot in...

What a great meal and experience we had here!! The staff gave us the warmest welcome and took great care of us— so kind and personable, they really care about their customers! The chilaquiles verdes with perfectly seasoned pastor meat was a delicious combination and the birria taco was outstanding from the tender meat to the fluffy corn tortillas and assortment of condiments. My husband loved his enchilada and burrito. Everything was so fresh and flavorful, especially the salsa, which we ate a ton of! We are so glad we tried this restaurant on our way out of town and can’t wait to...
