Ordered from here for delivery and got the bulgogi burrito combo and the spicy pork taco. The food is tasty and good, but a little overly sweet which is expected with Korean Mexican fusion from my experience. My only issue is with how it was prepared. First off, I ordered the combo and it was supposed to have wings and tots on the side but I just got a burrito and a green sauce so they didn’t even bother reading that it was a combo order. There were also 2 slices of lime but you pretty much can’t squeeze them because they slice them paper thin like when people put a lime on a side of drink glass as a garnish. It seems like they’re trying to cut costs by cutting limes this thin since I’m used to authentic places providing like an eighth or even a quarter of a lime so it’s squeezable. What’s even the point of providing limes that thinly sliced if you can’t even squeeze it? Then, I opened the burrito up and it’s not even fully wrapped and breaking apart. I can’t even hold the burrito upright without all the contents inside falling out and the tortilla breaking down even more. Ended up just turning the burrito into a rice bowl.
The food is decent, don’t get me wrong, but the preparations could be done in a better manner. Feels rushed, little to no care, and lack of...
Read moreY'all NEED to check out this spot ASAP! My fiancée and I recently did takeout for dinner and we were BLOWN AWAY! We were looking for something new and didn't have any expectations. We got Bulgogi Tacos, Spicy Pork Burritos, Fried Chicken Tacos, and fried chicken pieces. Everything was SO DELICIOUS and BLASTING with flavor. My absolutely favorite was the Bulgogi Tacos...you have to get it. The spicy burrito pork was STUFFED and I couldn't finish the whole thing. The burrito combo came with tater tots (so crispy and yummy) and Kimchi de gallo? The kimchi slaw seemed like a cross between pico de gallo and fresh kimchi pieces.... It went really well with the food. The twist of Korean flavors is just genius!!! I forgot to mention the green sauce and red sauce... also BOMB. The hot sauces were sooooo gooood. For the quality of food and the amount of food, the prices are very reasonable. I haven’t raved about a restaurant in a really long time but Seoul Taqueria deserves it. We're so glad we found this hidden gem.. can't wait to come back!
*One tiny improvement that can be made is to lessen the sweetness of the bulgogi and spicy pork a tad bit. It might be too sweet for some people but I didn’t mind it. If the sweetness is decreased just a little, then it’ll...
Read moreGot b1g1 spicy pork burritos via their website.. appreciated the promo of 2 large burritos for $12. But wish the spicy pork was charred for better texture.. and imo rice was very much needed to balance out the slightly overwhelming amt of sauces all mixed in (yes I could have gotten the bowls with rice, just an opinion on the burritos bc of the amt of sauces).
No # to call, you need to go in and order (kind of delayed, seems everyone's still learning the processes) or can do pick up/delivery via website.. when I ordered from website, I didn't get any email confirmation or order confirmation #.. had to double check with the cashier that my order was received.
Overall I guess ok, I was hoping it would be more like Seoul Taco's burritos from Chicago, which definitely pulls off more of a kimchibokumbap (kimchi fried rice) taste with it's ingredients.. burrito from here tasted more like a spicy salad in a burrito wrap with pork that tastes more of it's marinade and less of charred meat taste that I was hoping for.
Feels like the business rushed its opening by a little bit.. but Overall would say still worth trying yourself if in the area...
