If it was possible to give a place negative stars, this would get -5 stars...
Let me explain. I went in this restaurant around a month and a half ago. I ordered 2 Max Beef Sandwiches, 2 Curly fries, 1 beef and cheddar and 2 shakes. When we got home with the food and took a bite, all the sandwiches were smothered in cheddar (which I am allergic to), I called this store and complained. They told me that the next time I came in. they would give me my entire order "for free" to make up for their mistake. After some time we decided to try Arby's again.... We ordered the same meal, told them about how the store manager approved a replacement order, they refused. They said we could get 1 sandwich only, not the whole order.... When we got home, we found No red ranch sauce, no arby sauce packets, no horsey sauce packets, no napkins, & cold food (even though it only took 2 minutes to get home)....
I called the store, they said the store manager wouldn't be in until the next afternoon. I called the arby's customer experience line 3 times.... the first, the guy was rude and hung up on me, the second couldn't understand or speak english and the third just blew me off....
I called George Nix who is the Guest Support Manager at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. Main Office. I tried 2 times and he never called me back.... I refuse to eat at Arby's ever again..... If you want your order done right, go to some other fast food place.... the people here do...
Read moreDon't go late at night unless you want the dregs of the already cold French Fries. I got a medium curly fries because crinkle cut is only good coming from my air fryer. The curly fries looked more like split ends than actually curls. And there was 8, I repeat 8 crinkle cut fries taking up precious space where curls should be. I don't like to return food because, you know, the spit. I wish the workers would look at the food in the heating tray and realize that it is not worthy of serving to people paying for quality curly fries. The Roast beef and cheddar was good. Mac N Cheese bites were not good. They had the texture of over cooked oat meal left out to solidify, then scooped up with a ice cream scoop, breaded and deep fried. You know what is really funny. I love Arby's so I will return. But I think I will try to go when the fries get cycled through more.
I wish I had a story to tell about something related to Arby's in my past life. But I am coming up empty.
Arby's - please don't be offended by this poor review. ...
Read moreWe don't eat fast food much but, had a gift card to Arby's. We stopped by for dinner and it seemed like the manager on duty was having a really hard day and taking it out on the employees and guests. She was complaining, loudly, about how she had too many staff on the clock and how her boss was yelling at her about having too many people on the clock, etc. A door dash guy was waiting on a pickup order and he tried to turn her mood around but she was just loudly going on about how she was quitting after tonight. We had a normal order, nothing weird or custom. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food, and the restaurant wasn't all that busy. For all that complaining about how much staff were in the building, service sure didn't reflect that. And, then to top all of that off, the card reader wouldn't take our gift card. Four normal meals for 4 people was almost $50, which reminded us why we don't go to Arby's. $50 for mediocre fast food was...
