Going through the drive-through this morning I pull in behind 2 cars the 1st one drives off immediately the 2nd one, they start having a conversation. the other lane to the right of me has 5 cars go through the drive-through with the car in front of me still holding a conversation and laughing with not even ordering. 2 more cars went through the other drive-through lane and the other drive-through worker saw I was getting upset so she came and took my order. The drive thru lady in my lane has now seen this and has taken payment from the other driver but refuses to stop talking and move that driver forward. My food is ordered and paid for I give a nice little honk and excuse me the drive-through lady, Hannah says "I don't care", shrugs her shoulders and keeps talking and then the customer finally drives off. The lady that took my order even told Hannah she needs to make the driver pull forward and that's how I know her name, she did not care at all. The driver did the same thing at the drive-through window, she called all the employees over to the window and started talking and having a nice conversation because I guess she's pregnant having a baby any day and wants to talk to everyone. That's perfectly fine Hayley, but maybe you should go inside next time instead of taking up the drive-through. So of course I'm complaining telling them about 5 to 7 cars went past me because they're sitting there having a conversation not carrying that they're holding the lineup she's doing it again and she's laughing about it thinking it's funny. I'm sorry she has nowhere to go this morning but that doesn't mean you get to sit there and have a long conversation in the drive-through when you have other cars behind you. I'm telling the lady that brought my food to me and she decides to start messing with my car door lock so I had to ask her to stop touching my car, and then she walks away and goes to the window, "Hey one of you guys need to come over here because I'm getting all of this" so I say it again to the guy that the driver was just sitting there talking to and holding the drive-through lineup with, again. He's thinking it's funny, did they care, no. Did they apologize, no. Did they say anything at all, no. They did not and this is what happens when we put kids in charge of things.

I find it amazing that if you want to franchise a Chick fila( Almost bought one myself), a selling point, is support from other Chick Fil-A's.... I was heading back to Jacksonville. Stopped at the Chick-fil-A at Palm Bay on Malabar Rd. Not the 1st time Malabar screws my order up. Since I was short on time. And, that I didn't find out my order was incorrect(didn't know I had to open and check each item immediately) until I was on I-95 Northbound, thus why I stopped at this Wickham Rd Chick-fil-A. I figured that Chick-Fil-A would stand behind an incorrect order from a fellow store. I was wrong. No exchange, no refund, no like for like swap allowed. I have to drive back to Malabar Rd. location I was told. So, Chick-Fil-A doesn't back up or support their brethren. I had to purchase, what I already paid for and didn't receive 2x. I got the message Chick-Fil-A. You want my money, with no accountability. Notice I never mentioned the order??? That's because it doesn't matter what was ordered, you guys messed up, all of you, and your Wickham Rd location made it very clear that they're not accountable. I'm held to accountability but now Corporate America is not. Well at least I will be healthier now. The Malabar Rd location gave me a SEC biscuit meal order when I ordered the CEC biscuit meal. Read moreI thought I was going crazy when I thought the service here was dwendling. Looking at other reviews, I don't feel so crazy. We sat at the speaker last night for maybe 5 to 7 minutes with no answer. We looked around and the employees with the iPads walked away and went inside. We sat and sat and clogged the line since another car was waiting behind us. We were worried and thought something was wrong so we pulled forward. Other cars did the same thing, we were aware we might have held up the line but had no choice. A sweet girl took our order at the corner after ward and apologized. When we went to the window, we explained that the speaker must not be working and asked where the employees were with the ipads since we have no other option but to wait or pull forward. My boyfriend said we waited fifteen minutes (felt like it but it was like 5 to 7) and the girl at the window rolled her eyes at the other girl and whispered that that didn't happen. We were not being rude, we were just explaining. I couldn't believe she said that in front of us. We just wanted them to be aware that some clients might not be so understanding and that they had to wait because no one attended to us.
