We have been using the app to order from this store and, LITERALLY the LAST 3 TIMES our entire order( 4 sandwiches) has been WRONG. I let it go the first 2 times bt now I'm done. Someone needs to know they are NOT doing their job correctly!! When my husband called into the store to let them know nothing was correct, all the employee said was if we drove back there, they would remake it. So now I'm suppose to waste more gas to come back and HOPE our order is made right!?! No. When my husband said he was not doing that, the least the employee could do was to apologize and offer to make things right with our next order. She did not even say sorry. I dont think there is going to be a next time with this store. I do not appreciate spending hard-earned money on the wrong food and for it to keep happening is just not acceptable. Especially when they have a receipt hanging right in front of their faces showing them what is to go on the sandwiches. PATHETIC! I would give a negative star if possible because I'm so fed up with this store. Now I have to find a different one to order from....
Read moreIt seems as if one the workers does not understand the difference between 'stacking' coupons (2 or more for a single item) and 1 coupon for each separate order under 1 purchase. I was told that I could not do the later, prompting me to suggest that perhaps the one order of 2 sandwhiches could be charged as 2 separate orders, which at first the worker indicated that he "can't do that, because I've already seen you" (what the heck does that mean? As if it was coming out of his 'minimum wage' pocket)... After I indicated to him to split the single order (perhaps too complicated a suggestion for him to understand), he reluctantly did so. Really, I came close to suggest that they should keep the sandwhiches and should have, since they were mediocre and very cheaply made. Read moreWent in for dinner tonight and was greeted by Curtis. He was the only one working and we waited for about 10 minutes for him to finish up with the couple in front of us. After finishing with them he started with our order as another lady walked in the door. He greeted her as well and the another worker comes up from the back.... where was she before when we were waiting for 10+ minutes.... she grabbed the lady that walked in and immediately started taking her order. Frustrating since we had been waiting so long to order and she didn’t bother to help us. As Curtis continued to help us, Eva the other employee, guided the lady that WALKED IN AFTER US around us to finish making her sub...
