So I go to a drive-through after 11 hour day at work and I’m tired. I order the meal deal for $10 and asked if I could have two breasts and two legs. No problem, crispy, or original, i state crispy. I get to the window and the young man says we only have one crispy breast and it’ll be 13 minutes and then I said can I get both breasts original. Yes you can. I get home. Take care of my animals. Sit down to eat and not one piece is crispy. I call and speak to Jordan. I explained to Jordan who I am what I ordered then I asked for the young man at the window. He said that’s me. . I tell him the situation he goes I told you 13 minutes and I said yes and I said the original breast is fine. Jordan proceeds to tell me that he watched the guy put the stuff in the box, which is funny because Jordan stood at the window with his back towards the window, I told him I could take a picture because I ate it and he told me to bring it back, I wasn’t going to travel 10 miles to bring something back that was wrong . I asked for a manager, Jordan told me he was the manager. I have to tell you if Jordan is truly the manager y’all need to teach him some customer service skills. I’ve been in customer service for 45 years. Not a good example for...
Read moreVisited this store for the first time and went through the drive thru which was nice and easy to order. Once we got to the window we were told our total and that the store didn't have enough chicken for my two orders together and that they were putting one grilled, one crispy, and one traditional in the 3 piece and two of any in the 2 piece. Did not ask if it was ok but told us what she would be doing. We told her we didn't want that because we do not like grilled chicken. She radioed the back and told us she could give us all legs...we said that's fine because we didn't want to cause a scene. When we left I looked in the box and saw that the three legs were tiny and did not amount to anywhere near what we would have received with a full 3 piece and 2 piece meal. There were people behind me and I'm wondering if they ordered anything similar to us and maybe got it cooked fresh or were told the same. I would not have minded waiting for the order to be cooked but was taken back by the girl telling us what she was going to do and not informing us of the chicken situation when we ordered. And to top it off she gave us a large amount of change because she was out...
Read moreVery disappointed! Went there after work about 5PM to get a couple of family meals to go and only the drive thru was open and the traffic was backed up down Babcock I won't be going back there ever. I went to Cracker Barrel and got a couple of their chicken family meals.
Tried KFC a second time since the first visit a few months ago. Ordered the 16 piece family meal. Should have gotten the tenders instead because all I got in the bucket was 2 breast and 2 thighs. The rest was legs and wings and some pieces I didn't recognize. I also got 2 chicken little combos without drinks. Was told I was discounted for not wanting the drinks and when I got home saw it wasn't on the receipt. Had to add mayonnaise because it was very lightly on the sandwich. The only thing worth it on the little combos was the fries as the chicken was overcooked. Worst $60.00 I have ever spent. Have tried popeyes too a second time and I instead of getting mild chicken I got spicy for a second time and it was too crunchy and dry. And will stick with ordering family meals from cracker barrel since I have not been disappointed...
