C'mon now. I am an Arby's loyalist. And I'm very patient when it comes to being able to accept the changes in society and customer service post pandemic and give an extra pause to whatever anyone may be going through. However my experience tonight when dealing with Ashley I the drive-thru is inexcusable. There's absolutely no reason for rude behavior when we are just asking questions. If you have something that's not in stock or a size not available that's fine but we need to make adjustments to our order in those instances. When we were going to ask a question about the order at the window Ashley immediately interrupted, didn't find out the question we were going to ask, only to state that once an order is sent back to the kitchen we can't change it. That is to be false according to the manager on duty Andrea. It would have taken reentering the order however it can be done. Given we were only going to ask a question, we didn't even say we were going to change our order. But because of the defensive nature of Ashley and the rude behavior in anticipation of what we might ask we ended up leaving a pretty significant order behind and delaying our dinner even further just because we are not here to deal with rude people. Guess she had to change the order to the kitchen after all.
This location has had issues if terrible service at times to exemplary service at times. Yet, every time, we go in there being nothing but nice. I'm not sure what kind of customer clientele you have, but anticipating antagonistic behavior from a customer and treating us all bad just because of other people you may have dealt with or maybe it's just in your innate nature to behave that way is unacceptable. I've been coming to this Arby's since 2000. There is a reason I have slowed my visits, and Ashley was the model for that...
Read moreWorst it has been in 9 years! While this is my local Arbys, I have eaten there for the last time! Last visit on Aug 15, around 9pm: 1. Made us wait 7 mins just to take our order at the drive through with no other cars waiting and no patrons inside. 2. When we could not understand exactly what he was asking us, he just yelled exactly the same thing twice again. I was already ready to leave, but my wife said "be patient". Finally got order right and drove to pickup window. While we were waiting we heard lots of laughing and clowning around - my wife thought the crew were high, and I had to agree. Waited about 5 mins and recieved drinks. He came back to the window twice in the next 10 mins saying "waiting for the fries", and "just 5 mins more for the fries, so 15 mins waiting at the pickup window at an empty restaurant hearing lots of giggling and laughing. We got the order, I asked my wife to check it, she looked and said 2 sandwiches and 2 fries, looks ok. Home 8 mins later and open bag. Order wrong on "beef and cheddar", was plain roast beef, no cheddar, no onion roll. We threw out most of the fries as they appear to have been warmed up several times and had many black pieces inside - price $27 - TOTAL RIPOFF!!. I would still go to any other Arby's, but this one after about 6 visits in 9 years has only ever got the order correct about twice. No, I don't have some foreign accent that makes me difficult to understand. Had this Arbys been good, I would have spent about $5,000 there over the last decade, but beacause it is SO bad, my total over 10 years has been about $200. Whoever owns this Arbys does obviously not care how little money it makes, and if it is franchise-owned, Arbys need to take a serious look at what's going on there in the interests...
Read moreChicken tenders were dry & totally inedible. I went back through drive through requesting a fresh batch & I didn't even get an apology or any type of customer service whatsoever in fact she couldn't care less. I was told to wait in the parking lot & 10 min later I was tired of waiting & I went back through the drive through. I was hungry & tired after a long day & all I wanted was to not go home & cook but I after that I wish I just went home. Anything would have been better than the food & horrible service I experienced. The jalapeno peppers were mushy but at least they were somewhat edible. Idk what is up with this location. I won't go there again when it's not busy bc that's a sure sign it will be a bad experience. They need more qualified & experienced employees; ones that actually want to work & take pride in their work & want to rise up in this world. Most of us had to start off working these types of jobs.. it lays the groundwork for your future! No, it's not a glamorous gig but if you don't humble yourself & grow some integrity & compassion you won't get much...
