We like this Taco Bell, but there have been times when their service was thumbs down.👎 Today was one of those days. When we pulled up to the drive thru ordering sign, I ordered a #1 supreme w/ 2 additional Taco Supremes on the side. Plus two orders of Nacho Fries, with no cheese or dipping sauces. My drink choices were a regular Pepsi and a medium Fruit Punch Gatorade, both with no ice. When I reviewed my order on the sign, I noticed that she didn't include my 2 Taco Supremes on the side, so I told her again, for third time. My order total said, $22.69. We pulled around to window. We got our drinks and then our food bag. I took a quick peak in the bag and saw that they had given us cheese sauce, when I had specifically stated, "no sauce." I handed them back to her and said, "We don't want to waste them, so here." Then we drove off to a parking spot to eat. I ate 3 out of the 5 tacos that I ordered, while my husband enjoyed his Nacho Fries. By this time, we were getting full, so I decided to eat my two tacos on the side a little later when we got home. We arrived at home and I went looking in the bag for my last 2 side Tacos and they weren't in there! I was so disappointed! I paid for them and did not receive them! Everyone makes mistakes, but this is not the first time that this has happened. It's actually the third time in about 24 months! I was so exhausted and tried to call the store, and no one would answer the phone. They will be hearing about this in person, and I expect to either get 2 Taco Supremes Free, or be reimbursed. The young woman at the window, identifiable by her ponytail, was unfortunately quite disrespectful during the interaction. She took my payment card abruptly and handed me my order in a manner that felt careless and dismissive. I had requested a drink with no ice, but was given one with ice instead. When I politely asked for the correct item, her response was both unprofessional and concerning — she expressed frustration and stated that she didn’t want to work or fulfill my request. I was taken aback by this behavior. As someone who values good service and mutual respect, I found the experience to be both disappointing and unacceptable. I believe it's important to employ individuals who are committed to their roles and treat customers courteously. There are many people who would value the opportunity to work and contribute positively to your team. Read moreThis Taco Bell is top tier, I pulled into the drive-thru 30 minutes before they closed at 4am, I was greeted by Antonio at the speaker, he wasn’t rude in the slightest and had the nicest tone when I asked if they have the “create your own cravings box” instead he let me know it was only on their app and that I still had time to order online if I wanted to. That was so sweet instead of a hard “NO.” And kept it moving. When I pulled up to the window they were singing Bob Marley’s “three little birds” and let me know they didn’t have black beans or hot sauce packets which was fine with me because my Crunchwrap was fine with black beans or beef, didn’t matter, as well as the hot sauce- I could settle for fire. Either way I didn’t have time to take pictures of the food because it was so yummy and hot! Met my expectations for sure. Crunchy, crispy, and hot!
