Dunkin' — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

Sourdough breakfast sandwich (eggs, sausage, cheese) Perfectly toasted and tasted fresh Generous portion No seasoning, which I'm ok with but... They didn't ask what kind of cheese... looks like Swiss? Again fine with me but.... Will definitely get this again and try the other breads also SECOND TIME they got the order wrong again for my replacement for the last mistake (see Service section below) and also they did not toast the bread this time??? I don't understand what are they doing... The only positive again the portion is very generous on this one, makes a real meal on it's own

Blueberry muffin Dry on inside, tastes ok but probably not worth getting again unless you drink with coffee or water and don't mind gaining extra body weight

Croissant with sausage and egg Good, something you expect, nothing more, nothing less but much smaller portion than the sourdough for some reason

Service Was... "too good?" The first time... Meaning they were overstaffed, morning rush was over, I felt like a king with 3 people attending to me including the manager which is much better than everyone ignoring you... but the math will not work out at this pace and they will go OOB. Also at least 2 workers in the back, one had nothing to do... Hopefully they figure this out soon but they were very attentive and nice Second time drive through, the guy on duty didn't seem attentive or enthused to be working there, almost every statement was a struggle, order process took lot longer than necessary, and lo and behold after all that, they still got my order wrong, manager said to come back for refund or replacement... No apology, no other option So back a third time, drive through, guy said i had to come into the store to take care of that issue from last time, ok fine, went in, got everything done, again there was an item on the menu i wanted that was not available again, and i felt like i was being treated like an inmate than a customer in Palm Beach Gardens... even a slight smile or pleasant expression might go a long ways but even with this, they still didn't get the sandwich right again (see sourdough section at top)... I just don't get it, very little attention to detail

(There must be a curse at this location... The old Burger King also got orders wrong over 25% of the time, the last Pollo tropical also got orders wrong or never had certain standards menu items, it had bad food quality... Not sure how this keeps happening in a location like this... If this continues and they don't fix, it'll go just like the rest)

Layout Store looked clean and spacious, but with all this space, the only real annoying thing was they do not have the traditional donut display behind the counter, not sure why they decided to change that or even allowed, but they have a smaller glass display in front which is actually nice but it doesn't fit all the donuts so you can't pick from the whole selection. Either make the display bigger or at least have a sign with photos of all that you have... they had more in the back but I could not see what there is, so that's frustrating because not many people will have the whole stock memorized

And then the last time I went ready to get some food, their oven is broken, no hot food... this location is absolutely cursed. They need to just open an ice cream shop or...

So bad. Very excited when it first opened since it's literally one minute from my house. Daughter and I have come here 6 times on our way to school, every time is a disappointment. Normally Dunkin Donuts are good, or at least consistent. But here, food orders are usually wrong, and EVERY SINGLE DRINK (no matter what type of drink) that we have ordered from this location have been awful...about half of them undrinkable. They have never sold me a cup of fresh coffee, no matter the time of day the coffee is always old and burnt. As a food service professional for most of my life, I can say with certainty that the problems in this store all stem from management. There is obviously no care about the product or customers, so there is no training of staff and therefore no pride or accountability from anybody on the team. What a waste. The store is in such a good location. The community could have used something of value...

While the staff and food here are very good, I have one gripe that I feel like management should be aware of. In the past 2 weeks I have stopped by between 5:45-6pm to get a sandwich and have been told they don't have anymore hot food. Having supervised a fast food restaurant in the past, I know this is cue for "we're cleaning up for closing time." So, were this 15-20 minutes prior to the 7pm closing time, I'd understand. An hour early though, seems like staff just wants to go home. Its possible this is per management direction, however I doubt it that early.

Again, they're all very friendly. Just seems like an area I would personally address were...
