I was a first time customer at this particular restaurant. I wanted to stop in since I was able to walk a little better since my surgery. I stopped by before and the young man stated that they did not have enough employees to do curbside when I called. That was understandable. Today I went in, the cashier was simi-nice but I could tell she wasn't happy. The sandwich making young woman got annoyed when I asked the cashier to ask her to change her gloves because I didn't eat meat. She was filling up condiments in the sandwich making area. She rolled her eyes at us and said "I aint getting ready to make her sandwich." I felt slapped and shook it off. I waited on my sandwiches got my drink and the young man that gave me my sandwiches was nice, but I know he felt how hard the bread was. But gave them to me anyway. I got home (40 min. drive) opened up my sandwich and could not bite into it. Tried the other one, same difference. The bread was incredibly hard. I will continue to eat Jimmy John's because I am fond of the menu, but just not this one. Marketing + Quality+Customer Service is key to...

The cashier has major issues Caridad is his name I believe . He’s very hostile, and argumentative, animated and just “extra” for no reason … went on and on about them only accepting cash because their card machine that can be “ tapped “ wasn’t working … my card doesn’t even do that I said can u just insert it ? He goes on and on about how he’s not responsible if anything happens to my card …. What ? Just be quiet because what u said is wrong with the machine doesn’t even apply to you inserting the card … and low and behold nothing happened … then he just proceeded to sigh loudly and say a series of oh lords …. Ain’t nobody trying to hear all of that just do your job be friendly and go home … he has emotional issues and needs more training in the area of communication and customer service … jimmy johns I know this is not the first time you’ve got a complaint about this guy …. Read moreThe store had to use Uber to deliver my food since they didn’t have a driver, and the Uber driver didn’t deliver my food for whatever reason. Called the store and Jake was SO kind and sweet to try and help me figure out how to get my order out to me. He ended up comping a meal out to me for Ubers mess up and refunded my order(which he def did not have to at all!) he went above and beyond and he even threw a bag of chips in which was just the best. 100/10 customer service. Jake definitely made my bad day so much better with all the effort he put into fixing a mistake that his store...
