Just want to preface by saying this review is not for houligans as a whole. Houligans is great. I’m a regular that enjoys coming in. This particular time we were greeted by Jessica. We had a group of 12 which really seemed to bother her. She made it very obvious that she was annoyed that we would be paying separately. Once we were sat down she instantly asked us to order and when we said we needed a minute she told us we would be ordering drinks at the same time as ordering food. Not really an issue in most cases however she took a while to come back for us to order. Once it was time to order she was very rude and would interrupt us in the middle of us ordering. Showed zero patience to anyone. Especially to one of our friends who just moved to America from ukraine. His English is challenged and she was literally shaking her head in frustration and the fact that he wasn’t speaking perfect English. Exhaling very loudly and rolling her eyes at him. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was being very pleasant to the other table she was serving. She couldn’t get most of the orders correct. Some were missing items, some were the wrong thing altogether. I was missing items and I never got any refills. Physically moved my friends hand and head out of the way to place a plate. Not even saying excuse me to let him know she was there. Never stopped at our table to see if we needed anything. We had to wait for an opportunity where she would be running past our table to ask and half the time Jessica kept running past. Never got a refill once throughout the hour we were waiting for her. Once it was time to pay things only got worse. Had a hard time finding who ordered what and how we would be paying. Charged my friend twice, printed extra receipt that she claimed we had to pay for even though everyone gave them a separate card for each person, and took one of the credit cards into the back room to do god knows what. If you want to be treated like s**t do not have Jessica as your waiter. Do better Jessica. I’m. Read moreWent to this location yesterday 5/1/2022 around 3pm for a late lunch. There were 6 of us and we had it split into 2 checks. The first issue was when the food came out. My husband ordered traditional wings...he was given Wally's wings which are grilled. When we brought this to the attention of the waitress she started disagreeing with him. She said they had not grill marks so they much be fried...they definitely were not. So she begrudgingly took the plate back to the kitchen to ask the staff. A few mins later she came back and said apparently they were grilled but she didn't see how without grilled marks. And that she wrote the order down wrong and she'd get the correct wings out. Mind you we were all pretty much out of drinks when she came over to the table but that was ignored. She brought the correct wings out and still ignored the empty cups and walked away quickly. Came back a few mins later and we asked for refills and 2 boxes. She brought the refills but no boxes. About 10 mins later she comes back to start clearing the table and I ask again for boxes and the checks. She brings over 2 boxes and grabs one of the cards and check. She brings the card and check back and grabs the 2nd one. When my brother in law went to fill in the tip amount he realizes the amount is more than double what the check said. She had somehow used his card to pay for our check. She said she had to get a manager to fix it. Another 5 mins later she comes back and says it's fix. We ask for to go drinks and she said sure. We never see her or the manager again. No apologies. No to go drinks. This used to be a good place to go and get good food and service but no anymore. Read moreOur waitress Lindsey was very unattentive. I'm here now writing this review in the restaurant. I'm sitting in the first booth in the dining room by the front door. I asked twice for extra sauce in a small container with my hot garlic wings like I always do. I asked during ordering and also again when she walked by when I was halfway done. She seemed like she had an attitude. Even my friend noticed. All I asked when we first sat down was, "Did you know today is National Wing Day?" (July 29, 2025) She said no and that Mondays is their wing day special. She seem to have gotten irritated when answering. Normally we sit in the bar area, and that particular waitress over there is always friendly and awesome. We regretted coming in today, or not sitting where we use to. My friend and I are big tippers, but not today. We noticed how she gave way better attention to everyone else at the tables she had. Going over to them asking how is their food, but not us. We always come in here being super nice and expect the waitresses to be atleast a little nice, but this one, not nice at all. Even my friend noticed everything with her was slow when dealing with us, and being ignored. Normally we are 2 beers with our food. Today, one beer, and a doggy bag because we didn't want to finish our food. The hot garlic wings were not good today. They didn't taste the same and that is scary. We should have stayed on the bar-side like we always did in the past when we come at 11:30 because that particular waitress is the best that works on that side...
