Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Palm Coast

I finally got the order given to me the way I ordered it, I'm super impressed with the staff at this location. Although I loved this experience I have an issue, The one and only problem I have is from the Chick-fil-A off Granada Blvd in Ormond Beach. I'm sure this is minor to most but after constantly making the same mistake it has to be addressed. I ALWAYS ask for the roasted BBQ sauce for the grilled chicken sandwich, number 5 meal, and it is always left out. Ive never asked for something free to make up for the amount of times they didn't complete my order the way I enjoy it even though I always make a point to ask for extra packets just to try and hopefully get one packet. It's very simple, if you pay for something to eat, you should be able to enjoy it and not just make due with what you were given. Also, I'm usually pressed for time during my lunch break which makes it impossible to go back into the restaurant or through the drive thru without being late getting back to work. This is why I've gone out of my way to ask the clerk to type in the sauce order but even when they say they do that no sauce is delivered with the meal. The reason this has bothered me is bc the sandwich without the sauce is not something I enjoy, not to mention, this is a more expensive choice than most other fast food restaurants so there should be more pride in the teams ability to communicate and ensure every order is right. Even though the order has been wrong the last 4 times in a row, 2 dine in and 2 orders placed to go, I still haven't given up on the Ormond Beach Chick-fil-A and will continue to go on the off chance I'll get what I ask for. If I didn't love the food I would have cut out this restaurant from my family's go to fast...

#4 Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💲Cashed in my reward points for a quick brownie and frozen coffee. The app kicked my rewards out of my order chick fil a was quick to respond and fix the issue. Didn't care much for the club sandwich.

🚨I really hate to say the best analogy I can come up with is the chicken club sandwich tasted like I was chewing up cigarettes🚬 this is by no means a reflection on chick fil a because they go above and beyond but I will never eat another club sandwich again.

#2 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently dined at Chick-fil-A and had a great experience. The food was delicious, although the fries were a bit hard, which is rare for Chick-fil-A. However, the standout was the exceptional service - truly above and beyond. The atmosphere was pleasant, although there were some rowdy younger kids in the lobby, which is to be expected. On a positive note, having a kids' playground at this location sets it apart from others and adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend!

I have ordered from this Chick-fil-A store 7 to 10 times a month for the past two years. This store has gone down hill the past few months. Sadly I have even spoken to the owner Glen regards to all the issues they seem to now have. I have never given a 1 star to a Chick-fil-A before which is very sad. The past 10 orders I have placed with this store have been missing items. From Milkshakes to fries, to sandwiches, to drinks, to desserts. I have made more than one contact to the local store as well as to district office who called me. I keep getting the standard "sorry" But nothing has changed. Even this week I was given an order with missing milkshakes. That was the main items in my order too! How could you miss the main item from an order. I have gone back in the orders and found one thing that was always the same. A driver named Raymond is always the same person with these orders. Is this the reason that Mr. Raymond is not double checking the orders? or is it something else. No matter the issue It must be addressed leadership. At this point I feel I am just getting blown over and no one at this store even cares. I have given this store chance after change to fix these mistakes.
