Ordered two sandwiches last night for delivery. Told the girl we wanted the same as last time, except make the large number 11(Ham & Turkey) sandwich a regular size. She read back the order and it was correct. That's where positive ended. The delivery person( a very nice lady) showed up. We opened the bag to find three sandwiches. Unwrapped our sandwiches to find mine did not have the added roast beef ordered and paid for on it. There was a third sandwich, which we didn't order, that looked like it had bacon on it. It went in the trash. I called back, got the same girl on the phone, explained the issue. She said she would make it right and send another sandwich. I unwrapped the second sandwich once it was received and they had left the turkey off this time. At this point I was a tad bit upset, to say the least. I called back again and spoke with the "manager". He was completely lost, had no social skills, no customer service skills and actually clammed up when I started to raise my voice. If this is the type of people they hire as management, they need help. I had to ask a couple times if he was even still on the line with me! There was complete silence on his end. Nothing was offered to help appease me in anyway!! I can understand mistakes once in awhile, but three on the same night to the same address. Someone else was missing a sandwich as I got the third sandwich in my bag. I had already tossed my first sandwich due to them bringing me another one as I did with the second one they delivered incorrectly! I'm over this place! I'd say the employee's need retraining or replace the manager that trains them....
Read moreMy experience was awkward and disappointing compared to previous great encounters. My wife ordered a #2 Big John the previous day with an in-store order. However, when the sandwich came home, it had no tomatoes or cucumbers. On this day, I ordered the same #2 Big John sandwich for myself and a #15 Club Tuna (I was given a #3 Totally Tuna). To avoid the mishap of not receiving tomatoes on my sandwich, I specifically requested tomatoes. The order taker, John was not rude or friendly as he gave me the order he understood and not my order. Two people worked on the order, and I had the sandwiches in the bag before I finished paying for my order. Eating the sandwiches at home, my wife enjoyed her sandwich. However, I noticed a distinctive and unpleasant aftertaste with my sandwich. Inspecting my sandwich, I noticed that everything was fresh except for the tomatoes. I ate the sandwich, but I was dissatisfied from the second day of either, not getting the correctly ordered sandwich the first day, or being gaslit the second by being assured that the #2 Big John generally comes with tomatoes and cucumbers when I did not get the tomatoes the first day and got stale tomatoes...
Read moreWe have been buying subs from JJ's in P.C. for the last few years. Over the course of the last year, we have overlooked many mistakes on our orders, but tonight was the last straw for my family and myself. I ordered four subs, and two of the four were made incorrectly. I even ordered in person to avoid mistakes often made when ordering online. I received a "Little John" instead of a Turkey Tom, and when I brought it to the cashier's attention, he sighed and began to throw the sub in the trash. I said, "No! I will just take it." Then, we discovered at home that another plain Turkey Tom sub had onions smeared upon the bread. I assume that the same utensils are used on plain subs when cutting; unacceptable. Finally, we had to jump through hoops to get a free sub when voucher was e-mailed to us and I presented a copy in person! Save your $ or go someplace else altogether. We will be taking our business to Subway, or just order Pub Subs in the future. $29.00 (after coupon) is just too much to spend on takeout food that has poor quality meat and staff who is unable to follow basic order/prep...
