Joe's New York Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Palm Coast

My family typically orders Joe’s twice a month and we have for years. Most times it is the exact same thing (Large Greek salad-no onion, no olives and a side of bread, Veggie Calzone with an added meat and 1-2 Pepperoni rolls) except the rare occasion that we order a pizza. We enjoy the taste of the food and that is why we continue to return, however, EVERY time we order something is missing, added or has to be requested multiple times -usually it is the side of Italian bread. It has happened so many times that we even request that a note be placed on our account so the bread is not forgotten. The majority of our orders are delivery and after waiting the usual 1.5 hours for our food you can understand the frustration when they finally arrive and it doesn’t have the bread you requested, there are onions on your salad, the pinwheels are missing or they just forget the feta on your Greek salad. We have even given our driver an additional tip to go back and pick up the missing items just to have them NOT return. We have made multiple phone calls/complaints to the front and have requested to speak with the “manager” and still the issues continue to happen. We have never received a credit for anything other than the missing bread ONCE, and that was because they charged us for the loaf instead of the included side. I understand that the ball gets dropped and mistakes can happen occasionally but this is an issue for us with every order. I honestly don’t think our order has ever been correct and it is to the point that we have decided to take our business elsewhere.
