Taco Bell — Restaurant in Palm Coast

Ordered my meal and a lemonade through the drive thru. When I got to the window, the same guy then told me they were out of lemonade. The order was for my daughter, so I asked what products they do sell. He smarted off "Pepsi products." I said we'd take a Sierra Mist. He said, "it's called Starry now. " I told him we would take that. The total was $11.02 and I gave him $11.05. He gave me my food and said, "I don't have any pennies, hope that's okay." I told him I have one penny and could give him that, but I wasn't okay with him not giving me my change back. Upset, he asked his manager for pennies. He upsettingly opened them, throwing one in the process, and gave me two pennies (not the three he owed me). He was rude and didn't want to give me my change back (and in the end really didn't). Because of the principle of the matter, I don't plan to go to that...

I would like to start this off with I worked at Taco Bell in Florida And in Pennsylvania and all the restaurants I covered for in between had the same systems to work from. HOW in the world are you going to charge me for extra beans when I wanted it instead of the Beef. THER IS A BUTTON FOR THAT. AND ALSO change me for "Extra sauce" when I am replacing the sauce. NOT Getting extra. Surprise. There was a button for that too.

This location needs to take a moment and review ALL the options on the terminal before telling me. "THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THAT." And trust me. I get that a lot of people Claim to have worked for a company and haven't really. I had heard it a million times working for Taco Bell.. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER because this is getting so frustrating. Almost worth driving 30 minutes one way to go to the other location...

Thought it would be a nice idea to order tacos on Cinco de Mayo. On a delivery app ordered two Chalupa Supremes one steak and one beef along with several other items. Besides almost everything in the order being wrong and several items completely missing I got this little joke sent to me. My "Supreme Chalupas" I remember the days when Taco Bell was extremely cheap and the quality was so so but mostly great. Now Taco Bell has risen the price of everything dramatically and advertise quality then you get this slop delivered for top dollar! Now I'm waiting on my dinner to be re-delivered nearing 9 pm having to pay the delivery fees twice. I would love if a manager would reach out to me because the fault wasn't on the delivery app but whoever fulfilled this order at...
