This is the worst Mcdonald's in all of Florida. They half cook chicken nuggets, don't clean the fryer, and I have bad customer service. I ordered two large fries from here first of all they were only half full second they were burnt greasy and disgusting. We had to go back to Mcdonald's to get new fries but the cashier had an attitude and said that we ate too much so we cant get new fries. I had to explain to her that the fries weren't even completely full so we asked her to get her manager, Robin. Well apparently Robin doesn't want to deal with the issues because we could SEE her hiding in the back looking away trying not to make eye contact. So we told the cashier to give us our money back since we cant get new fries after that another lady came inside with the nasty fries they gave her at the drive thru. The cashier just shut up after that then she brought us back new fries fresh out the grease but by this point we had been here for thirty minutes so, I didn't even want the fries anymore so I told the cashier to give me my money back, she told me I cant get money back. I asked her why but that question flew over her head, we told her to get the manager whom we could see watching everyone but as soon as the cashier went over she started to pretend that she was working. The manager, Robin wouldn't come no matter how many times we sent the cashier. So, we took the "new" fries but once we got in the car I had to run back inside to get ketchup. This took about 15 minutes. As soon as I came in the cashier ran to the back, I tried to ask every employee that came by everyone ignored me. My sister's mom had to come inside and call the mop girl over and ask for the ketchup, then I ask the girl for the managers name and she look like I asked her to calculate her distance from the sun. Ever since this Mcdonalds opened I have had bad experience normally I don't go to this one but, I tried today and it wasn't worth it. I would NEVER send anyone to...
Read more“Feeding the whole of Africa” I much rather leave positive reviews but tonight was my last straw. On one occasion although there are 2 lines I sat in 1 line for 10 minutes while the other line was being serviced. Despite saying “hello” and “I’m ready to order” no one responded. When able I reversed and joined the moving line. No sooner than I was 2nd to order someone pulls into the left lane and the person taking the order says to me, “ just one moment” takes their order first, and then gets back to me. On another visit another memorable act took place. Intermittently I like to treat my son to an after school lunch. Seeing as how it was an order for my mother, my son and I, it was a decent sized order. As I drive to the next window to pay the cashier thought it was appropriate to say to me (a black woman) “wow this order, are you trying to feed the whole of Africa” annoyed I didn’t say anything and acted like I didn’t hear him. Between my son being at that age where he’s very self conscious along with hoping he’d take account to what he said and who he said it to. Alas, he did not and had the audacity to say it again. I drove to the next window gathered my meal and left. The next week we visited again and being creatures of habit ordered the same meal. I had the displeasure of having the same cashier. As we arrived at the cashiers window he had the gall to utter “ there was a woman here who orderd a meal just like your and I asked her if she was feeding all of Africa.” I sarcastically replied “oh yea how funny” then took back my card went to the following window to get my food and left. I will never visit that establishment again. I much rather drive out of my way for a burger. And spending $25-$30 per visit sometimes more than once a week; I rather literally go the extra mile where I can get my food and they hold...
Read moreTo begin with, while waiting in the drive thru line, the first drive thru line was completed more than the second drive thru line, effectively skipping people who were in line number two. Next, when ordering the person was not kind. He did not notify me they were out of ranch dressing or lemonade which was HALF of my order! I get to the window, and he charges me for: 10 piece chicken nugget, Large Decaf Coffee, Small French Fries, Medium Orange juice, and a Medium Sweet tea. THIS WAS NOT MY ORDER. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget, ranch dressing, small fries, and a large lemonade. When I notified staff of the overcharge, my receipt was taken and there was no actual communication. They did not tell me if they were voiding my meal, if I was going to be given a refund, or anything. I believe it was the manager who refunded my order, he was kind. I pull up to the next window, where they notify me they have no lemonade or ranch dressing. If I had known this, I would've went to a different McDonalds. When I finally got home, I found a BONE in my chicken nugget. The nuggets also had black spots on them, which I hope are pepper, however I have never had McDonald's chicken nuggets that looked like they did. Furthermore, they overfilled my Sweet Tea with ice (which wasn't even the drink or size I wanted). Overall, my experience was miserable. Personally, I felt targeted by the worker who took my order. I have a very feminine voice, and am clearly a women. He has an extremely visible misogynistic tattoo, and seemed annoyed at me for his mistake. The experience made me feel gross. I have been to this McDonalds a lot at night, and the staff is normally kind. I have never been so disappointed by service staff. I will not be returning to this McDonald's again after...
