Gave me an anxiety attack they were so mean to me. At first, my experience was okay. The guy at the beginning of the counter helped me with my sub and put it in the toaster. Then the lady who took it out ask me what toppings I would like and I asked for a little bit of spinach and “lots of black olives” (the same order I’ve been getting for twenty years). She puts a little bit of olives on and I asked if I could please have some more. She puts a little bit more on and I decide it’s not worth bothering her to get the actual amount I wanted. I ask for a little bit of Mayo and to have the sub cut in half (my husband and I were sharing it). She passed it off to the woman at the register who proceeds to turn to the woman who just made my sandwich and go “yeah there was this woman the other day who complained about the handful of onions we put on her sandwich, like lady we have a set amount we are supposed to put on. People are SO greedy.” While I am standing there ready to pay. It was clearly in response to me asking for more olives. I started having a panic attack and shaking because I suffer from anxiety and I didn’t think I had done anything wrong asking for my usual order. As I am paying now, I decide to say “you didn’t have to say that in front of me… I barely leave my house as it is because of my anxiety.” She immediately gets this nasty look on her face and says “I wasn’t even talking about YOU” looked me up and down and says “I said a WOMAN” very clearly implying that she doesn’t consider me to be a woman. (I am btw for those who care.) I start crying as I’m trying to fill my drink and can’t even stay and eat there like I had planned. Sobbed in my car for half an hour and couldn’t even eat the food because of how terrible I felt after she basically called me greedy and...
Read moreI've been coming to subway and getting the exact same thing for years, I hate most condiments but I was obsessed with the sweet onion sauce and I would always have them drown my sandwich in it. Imagine my surprise when I opened my sandwich and the sauce was brown and thick and I hate it. So I immediately went back in, because nobody had even told me the sauce I asked for wasn't the sauce I got. I work at a restaurant, I'm very polite and professional and I would never cause a scene, but when I asked for a new sandwich with no sauce even though I really wanted my money back, but I know refunds are usually a no-go, they told me no?? Like I literally just walked out to my car and came right back and for them to be so rude to me really almost brought me to tears because I'm so nice and polite and would never treat a customer like that, especially a hangry one. So I guess I'll sit with this 10$ sandwich and reciept until Monday when I can hopefully get in touch with the manager. I will definitely update this review if they fix my problem but until then I'm a very unhappy customer and will...
Read moreI have never been so embarrassed in an establishment in my life. The black guy and the girl working at 7 pm, Thursday 17, my order was simple, I only wanted 5 things on my boat but the comments about my accent over the counter by the lady, and the rude attitudes coming from them had the entire restaurant line staring at me. Then she purposely rang it up wrong because she literally said out loud she can't deal with these people. I'm a Buisness owner as well, I invest so my IQ is way above average. They deserve to lose their jobs. My order wasn't complicated at all but because I had a special request their outbursts were beyond disgusting. The entire restaurant was staring, at one point she threw her head back and said I can't with this guy and started laughing loudly. Rang up both orders incorrectly and was overcharged, she threw her hands in the air and said I can't with these people. This is discrimination in my face, boldly stated by this lady. I will be contacting my attorney and I expect a phone call back for my reimbursement, I will never eat from...
