This is the second time my husband and I have eaten here and it will most definitely be the last. The first time was two months ago, we waited for about 40 minutes to be seated and it wasn't even busy! We waited so long that the manager (a man whose name I unfortunately didn't get) told the hostess to hurry up a seat us in a booth because we had been waiting a ridiculous amount of time. He was very attentive and sweet during the remainder of our time there. Fast forward to this evening... My husband and I were seated right away which was great. But no one ever came to greet us, we waited so long that my husband actually got up and went to the hostess station inquiring about who our server was. The hostess Alexa quickly apologized and came to take our order. Still we waited. I became so disgusted that I asked for the manager and complained about what terrible non service we were receiving. She apologized and eventually found our server. Vicente or something like that. When we finally got our food my husbands order was incorrect and my food was cold! Oh wait, I forgot to mention the little girl who brought our food Camilla. She literally threw our orders on the table so harshly that my husband and I both looked at one another in disbelief. Not to mention my wings AND fries were both cold like they had been just sitting somewhere. I again spoke to the manager about it and she apologized and offered me a new meal. The second order was piping hot the way it should've been to begin with! Towards the end of the meal the little rude girl Camilla kept walking past our table swinging a hand held broom. Do I need to really explain how rude and unsanitary that is? The only good thing about tonight was that our food was comped except for my salad. I love the food there and I usually have a great time but this last visit was not very good. I don't know if your company still offers the Blazing Wings Challenge, but my cousin did the challenge and we signed paperwork saying we will receive a reward for completing the challenge and his picture taken and put on the "blazing wall". So my cousin completed the challenge and the. We expected a reward and his picture taken but the Manager came out AFTER he completed the challenge and said they no longer offer a prize or the the picture for completing the challenge. The manager was very rude and said your reward is bragging rights and she said she doesn't care that this wasn't explained we still have to pay. All we asked was if he could at least get the wings fee removed since he didn't enjoy the wings he more did it for the prize at the end. If this was all explained to us before he did the challenge then we would have never done it. They said we still had to pay for the wings so ofcourse i did because I'm a decent person and i still tipped the waitress even after saying i wouldn't. I just want my cousin to feel compensated for the challenge and if someone in the future asks to do the wing challenge that they could atleast be explained the rules so they can opt out of the challenge and just order a meal they could enjoy. I am never the type to complain this is the first time I have ever complained at any restaurant so it takes a lot for me to be upset. I love buffalo wild wings but the management at the Palm Desert location was horrible. The waitress was a sweetheart and dealt with everything amazing and as professional as she could. Read moreIf 0 was an option it's what I'd select. Not sure what happened to this location but it's horrible now! First and foremost my wings came to me barely warm. Not hot at all like they were sitting around not fresh at all. When I informed the waiter he didn't really seem to care and asked me what I would like to have him do? Oh I don't know, get me some fresh 🤬 wings! Also my potato wedges did not come with the bacon bits like I requested to him and he once again showed no care to fix the issue.
When my wings finally came they weren't the full 20 I ordered because BWW had the nerve to subtract the cold wings I ate before waiting for the waiter to come back which you can even see clear as day on the count for each in the picture! I can literally picture the waiter or cook counting how many wings I ate of each flavor and subtracting them from my new fresh hot order I should have got in the first place! Where was that time and energy with my original order? Y'all really that cheap and petty?! It seriously felt like they accused me of trying to get free cold wings or something. Aside from that the wing quality is poor. Super small, too crispy, dry, no flavor, etc. My son didn't even want to eat anymore.
Lastly the music being played was horrible! I'm not exaggerating when I tell you they were bumping Sponge Bob's "Best Day Ever" track!
