We have never been to the restaurant but have wanted t try. We went Saturday 3/26 around 8pm they were open til 10pm. We were seated right away. The waitress came and took our drink order. We asked for a lemonade, coke and water. She brought back the coke and pink lemonade ( i requested a regular) It was not big deal though since i like both. She forgot the water. The two drinks took her about 10min to bring. (at the time the restaurant was clearing up plenty of empty tables). Since the drinks took so long we were like lets just order our appetizers and food at the same time. She says she will be right back with the water. 15min go by we think well maybe she will bring the water back with the appetizers. We were having good conversations and realized its already bee 30min. We were looking for maybe another waiter or someone to check on things. We were thinking well maybe she is going to bring our appetizers out with the food. At this point not 1 employee has walked by us. (they seated us in the back corner of the restaurant and not really any other occupied tables near us at this time). We had grown irritated at that time since we did have the water or even all the appetizers. We walked to the front entrance to look for the host. The host came out to the front and we explained that we were just sitting there and it seems the waitress forgot about us or something. At that point we were over it. I was even to upset to ask for a manager i cant believe i sat there that long. I know many people will ask why didnt you speak up sooner and we are just not people to complain. We understand thing happen and just thought at some point the waitress will be back with our food. We also needed to order to go items. We told them we would just like to pay for our drink. They never said let me check on the food or it was coming out. If they would have we would of styed since we were hungry. Very bad...
Read moreWe waited 30 minutes. Had to wait another 10 minutes because one of the girls gave our table away. We were told to leave our stroller and bags at the front and that they would watch it. That wasn't going to happen because I saw all of the girls leave multiple times, at the same time, multiple times. We were finally able to get a table. They put us in a dark corner and got upset that we wouldn't leave our things at the front. I could smell a customer's fish from across the room (you know they're going to be sick tonight!). The table came up to my breasts and it was very difficult to get adjusted because of the height of the table. We soon noticed the extreme heat in the "restaurant" as sweat was dripping from our faces and those around us. After being completely miserable and obviously written off by the staff because they were upset that we wouldn't leave our things in the front, we finally decided to leave. This business in inside a mall. They should expect strollers to come through the door. They should have planned on needing space while building. The staff should NEVER throw a fit because someone doesn't feel comfortable leaving their personal belongings with them to not watch. This was a horrible experience and I'm so glad that I didn't eat there just because of the smell...
Read moreThey do have a vegan option, but it comes with a side of anti-vegan attitude. I came across this place while on a trip to the mall with the family. I asked the host if the veggie pasta was vegan, and he went to check with the kitchen. When he came back, his response was, “it should be.” I decided to still give this place a try and confirm with our waitress if they had any vegan options, and she responded that she “thought” the veggie pizza was. I asked more specifically if the crust had milk or eggs, and she replied that the gluten-free crust didn’t, but then proceeded to add with an attitude that they had so many more items on the menu. At first, I thought I had misunderstood it, but a family member also pointed that out as soon as she left. Once the pizza arrived, it had cheese on it. I’m still giving this place 3 stars as the waitress that brought the pizza was very quick to understand the mistake and have the pizza be replaced, and even went to the extent of bringing the label of the gluten-free crust to make sure it didn’t have milk or eggs. Also, the veggie pizza with the gluten-free crust tasted really good. The ambiance was upbeat with all the TVs streaming sports. But I wouldn’t recommend this place to vegans given my...
