Taqueria Guerrero — Restaurant in Palm Springs

Worse place ever. They use the same towel to clean the table and the chair. That’s disgusting.

I saw them reused the plastic plate of chips with another table without even wash it first REALLY.

Took like 45 min almost an hour to get the food and get it wrong. Our server came two times to the table when we sat and when we pay that’s the worse attention ever, I ask for tacos and soup and they gave fork and knife can you believe it. I was wonder for more food or something to drink I couldnt ask because they weren’t paying attention.

You seat wherever they want even if the tables around doesn’t let you sit because they are to close to your table and they don’t wanna move you.

They were fighting for another table and they don’t even care for us.

They didn’t even apology for the delay on the food and not even coming to the table to say that it was coming so you can feel a little attention and not feel forgot.

If you can avoid this place do it unless you like waiting and bad...

It's okay. The service wasn't bad but the waitress didn't pay much attention to us either. It was slow so she went and grabbed some food for herself and ate with us at the bar, which I didn't mind at all. The beans were really good and one of my fav dishes. So, we enter the restaurant and we aren't greeted at all. We stand awkwardly at the door for a while before deciding to just go to the bar. If it is self seating they should have a sign to let you know that, but no biggie. I was with my sister, we ordered classic Pepsi's in the glass bottles. They gave it to us right away along with some home made chips and salsa. The chips were a little stale and blend in comparison to other Mexican restaurants I enjoy. I ordered the chicken and shrimp fajitas on the cast iron skillet. It came with yellow rice and beans, salad, and soft corn tortillas. Like I said the beans were the best part. I don't hate it, but I wouldn't choose to go eat...

Ive never written a review before but my abysmal experience at this restaurant made me do it

first the service is horrible think McDonalds like never refills water or checks on you if you need anymore of anything

Very dirty used same whip to clean multiple tables left food on a table after it was "cleaned and sanitized " for another customer to sit down

refused to serve myself a beer when im well over 21 after my id was checked for 10 mins from multiple different people until finally a manager checked it and said i was good.

food took a hour and a half after i was done waiting i asked them to just box it ill eat it at home all gave very dirty looks and took 20 mins just to box my food that was ready

inspected tips from me and my friends and gave dirty looks when we all tipped over 20%
