Starbucks — Restaurant in Palm Springs

I used to get coffee here in the morning, sit & chill or even take my laptop and do some work. BUT, NOT ANYMORE! This location, (as well as the other SBucks location on N. Sunrise), REMOVED ALL Outlets!!! HOW RUDE and UNFRIENDLY / UNACCOMODATING ! WHO would do that?? 🤔 😖 It just seems a very stingy move. Additionally they play very LOUD music which is not chill or comfortable at all. 🎧 And the Staff YELL loudly when an order is ready, ...so forget about trying to have a conversation over the noise! In my opinion, Service is very slow (:30 wait for coffee??!!) , and ....this location is NOT Customer Friendly and I would recommend travelling to another coffee shop because of these OPPORTUNITIES For IMPROVEMENT! If i could give this a ZERO star i definitely would . There were many customers waiting for the new Starbucks bear release, but the employees took them all for themselves before any of us had the chance to buy one. This happened during working hours, not on their personal time, which makes it even worse. It’s really disappointing that customers who waited patiently weren’t given a fair chance, while staff prioritized themselves instead. These ladies are always so nice & welcome me with a smile EVERYTIME... even during the rush hour!!! Makes My day! My latte is always made right & I have never had an issue at this store Starbucks. I am patient so I don't mind waiting when it's busy, people are in too much of a rush these days. Thank you my neighborhood...
