Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Palmdale

Placed a mobile order, said it would take 45 minutes and I get to the store I was ignored at the mobile order area and when I finally asked what I need, they proceeded to state my order was not ready because they were missing a flavor... you guys literally ask for my contact info on your app so you definitely had my cellphone number but instead of contacting me and inform your employees waited till I was there to notify me.... and when I asked for a refund they said I would have to do it through the app but there is no option on the app to get a refund, I was than told to come in tomorrow to speak to a manager about the refund.... no one should order from here based off the sheer incompetence the employees showed through this whole thing, I'll be contacting corporate tomorrow and...

Ordered a cake for my son's birthday and they created an entirely different cake then what I ordered and paid for. The clerk proceeded to tell me that next time I (the customer) needed to make sure the staff member who placed the order competed the form properly. I'm sorry, but I am not now nor have I ever been a Baskin-Robbins employee. I will not make sure a staff member does anything because that simply is not my responsibility.
