Rolling Crab — Restaurant in Palmdale

I am so disappointed I normally go here and I went tonight and recommended my family to got with me. The server that was helping us her name is Natalie was so rude! She did not ask if we wanted waters and when we finally did as for waters she was snappy and seemed upstairs that we weren’t ready to order. Then for the duration of the time she did not once ask us if we were doing okay if we needed anything. I once asked her to come to the table because my dad had ran out of water, she looked at me and then went to another table and asked if everything was okay or if they needed anything and proceeded to walk past us and I had to wait for her to come back around so my dad could as for water. When my dad finally was able to ask for water she had got other people there food and waters that had asked after my dad and made sure she got his water last. She would not look at me for the rest of the night. So after all of this I was truly embarrassed to ever bring my family here and very disappointed because the food is amazing. So I tried to go over and talk to her after we had paid and asked if everything was okay and told her it seemed like she has an attitude with us, she then proceeded to be very belligerent and sarcastic and raised her voice and also interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain why I felt she had an attitude. So then I asked for the manager and she said “I am the manager, I’m right here” and so I asked for another manager knowing she was not the manager. Then she went to the back and called for her other coworker who was also not the manager and yelled “someone wants to talk to you apparently I had an attitude” the other person came out laughing and smiling and continued to do so while I was trying to explain what happened. And she then said “well maybe she was just busy”. So then I asked what was the number to corporate, she then went to the back and another person a male this time came out and I am going to assume he was the manager I explained my situation and he apologized and gave me a $10 credit for next time. But while doing that both of the girls were still laughing and making faces at me. This was a very angering and embarrassing experience and I feel as though none of the employees were there for the customer including the manager they were all very belittling , I never normally write reviews but this was just unbelievable. I really hope that Natalie does not treat any other people the way she did us tonight. And idk maybe just order out instead...

Finally, Finally, Finally, we have a good seafood boil place in the antelope Valley. I have waited for so many years for this moment. The other seafood boil places in Antelope Valley are very nasty. I often have to drive to LA area or Riverside County to get a decent seafood boil. But not anymore because the Rolling Crab in East Palmdale is sooo good . They understood the assignment and gave Palmdale just what we needed. I ordered a pound of shrimp with Rolling crab classic sauce medium spicy . The bag of shrimp seemed a bit small . However, the shrimp are a very nice size , very thick and tasty . They were not overcooked. The sauce was delicious! I also ordered a pound of crawfish. The crawfish was cooked to perfection, and they are very large. The bag was very full :) . My family and I are crawfish addicts and no one in the Antelope Valley has crawfish this big. With the crawfish I ordered Louisiana cajun medium spicy sauce. It has a spice to it but the taste is absolutely perfect. The sausages are just right and are very good , as well as the potatoes. My first time trying this place out, I would have to give it a 10 out of 10. My order was to go via phone order and everything was absolutely perfect . Hopefully rolling crab keeps up the good work and don’t go under like the other places in the AV. Everything I ordered was to perfection with 2 different sauces that were very good. They definitely have a weekly repeat customer. They may need to expand their space with more tables because once the word gets out they are going to...

First time going to this place that just opened across from IHOP at the front of the super target center. It's unfortunate that the businesses that operate out of the center seem to be so troubled because there's a lot of really nice ones that seem to have been successful but this area just does not get a lot of good business even though it's a necessary service on the east side. There used to be a really nice custom pizza shop that didn't make a go of it where the IHOP is now. This place has reasonable prices for a crab place and other stuff. I haven't tried any of the buckets but I tried the combination platter with chicken beef and shrimp. Not a lot of shrimp and not as much meat as I was hoping for but the noodles were fantastic and the salad was a good supplement. Very fair good portion for the price. I still need to try the buckets. I just wasn't sure if I would have enough variety with that versus the plate. One thing I found a bit odd was they put like a paper from a newspaper on top of the platter and they didn't really need it because the plate was very nice and did very well on its own. Decent smoothies and Boba. I just need to try more things before I can form a full opinion of the food. The people were very attentive and helpful except for the fact I wasn't able to get a water refill despite it being quiet on a Monday. Good place great start hoping to come back soon.
