Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Palmdale

I placed my order for car side delivery and arrived 35 min after my order was placed. I checked-in that I had arrived like it instructed me to and then turned on my hazard lights like it told me to. After waiting in my car 30 min I called to see what was going on and the girl that answered told me that I must have ordered for carry out inside the store. After I’m telling her I’m looking at my phone order and it says “car side delivery” and even told me to turn on my lights she just tells me, oh, well we have it for you to come inside you are going to have to wait your turn. I emphasize that my order was placed over an hour ago and I have been sitting in my car 30min already and my pizza was probably cold. She just says “sorry you have to wait.” When she could have easily said she would have someone bring out my order. I had to cancel my order and I’ll have to call the bank to refund my money since it was paid for. I wasted an hour waiting on this order and not even an apology for THEIR mistake. I ordered a med pizza with no meat and a stuffed cheesy bread with jalapeno no bacon. When I recieved my order my pizza looked like it was in a car accident and my stuffed cheesy bread was packed full of bacon, which I found out after taking a bite out of my bread. I am a vegetarian and haven't eating meat in over 4 years to be unexpectedly eating it due to the accuracy of the restaurant!! I spoke with the manager of the staff and requested that my order be remade. He told me that I needed to make that request the day of which I told him I couldn't because I went straight to work after receiving my hour long order. He responded by saying well that's our policy and that he isn't going to do it !? I spent my money and trust with the company for me to get a guy basically telling me it's my fault for receiving my order like this and not calling the same day. I normally have no issues getting pizza delivered. Most of the driver's are super nice and courteous. However, this is the 2nd time I've ordered for delivery, money has been removed from my bank account and almost an hour later I'm receiving a call to say they "just aren't delivering in my area at this time and my order has been cancelled". The gal who answered the phone was rude and didn't care one bit that I couldn't pick my order up. The store is 4 miles from my house so it's not like I am far. It wouldn't be a big deal if they could have at least called sooner, I mean an hour after I've placed my order is the time frame I was given for my order to be delivered so my family has been waiting around for nothing.
