I cannot believe that after coming to this location using my rewards 6 to 7 times a month for the past five months and spending hundreds of dollars while also giving them 5 star reviews everywhere and telling everyone to come to this location, I was beyond disrespected last night with my order by a nasty lady with glasses who had the nerve to catch an attitude when she got my order wrong! (Got my order wrong TWICE)
I ordered 2 salads, 1double chicken with extra tomato, light beans and 1 classic chicken with no tomato. It was not busy at all. I left with my order and while sitting in busy traffic noticed the double had no tomato and no avocado (comes with avocado) and the classic had tomato ( the correct way I ordered it was on the receipt). I drive all the way back in the cold so they can fix it. The cashier checked the salads and the receipt and agreed with me ( cashier was apologetic and nice) but the minute he showed the lady making the food that she made a mistake, she snapped at him! She raised her voice trying to say the order was right and the poor cashier was hesitant to even say anything, he looked scared to even tell her anything! She slammed avocado on my double salad and refused to remake it even though I told them my salad was now cold from sitting in traffic and having to drive back , then I had to demand that she remake the classic since my husband canāt have tomato or any tomato seeds, so she remade it slamming stuff and rolling her eyes still trying to tell the cashier she made it right and that it was me who read the receipt wrong like I donāt know what I ordered. I shouldāve checked the food after that but she was so rude I just wanted to leave. We get home and thereās no rice in the classic (comes with rice) barely any cheese or beans like she made it as if every ingredient was coming out of her paycheck and the avocado she slammed down in my double was practically all black and brown! Not even fresh and with no extra tomato. I feel so bad for the cashier and the team having to work with that lady! The staff canāt even approach her, No customer service skills at all even though Iām always polite to them and they see me several times a month. If this is how you treat regulars I canāt imagine how she treats first timers. It was just 2 salads that when you order on the kiosk or app has a huge button that says CUSTOMIZE⦠not ācustomize depending on the cookās attitudeā she was disrespectful for absolutely no reason! She couldāve apologized and remade the food correctly with a grateful attitude that she even has a job or just quit if she doesnāt like her job.
I would say be sure to check your food but most importantly avoid this location! Do not eat here. Iām getting a full refund since we didnāt eat the food OR get what we PAID for and Iām complaining about her nasty attitude and lack of accountability to corporate. I ordered 2 Double Chicken Tostada Bowls, expecting a hearty meal, but what I got was basically a salad in a tostada shell with a few tiny pieces of chicken. There was no rice, no beans just lettuce and a couple of dry chicken scraps.
To make matters worse, when I called to address the issue, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, she claimed that they ācount every piece of chickenā to ensure itās correct what kind of nonsense is that? Instead of just adding a couple more scoops to make things right, she refused a refund and only offered store credit.
This is false advertising at its finest. If youāre going to call it double chicken, at least put a decent amount in! This was a complete ripoff, and the terrible customer service made it even worse. Wonāt be coming back...

So far as being authentic I would just say it's Americano / MesoAmerican food. Not what I want when I want authentic Mexican food. Worst day there the chicken tasted as if flavored with fish oils.
