I had an unfortunate experience at this Taco Bell location due to the behavior of the shift manager, Loretta. After placing a large drive-thru order, my family and I pulled over to eat and quickly realized one burrito was missing. We went back through the drive-thru to have it corrected, and a young male employee was polite and willing to assist.
However, Manager Loretta intervened and handled the situation very unprofessionally. She insisted that we return all of our food even though we had already begun eating which I found both unsanitary and unreasonable. I explained that we weren’t trying to get anything for free, just the missing item we had paid for. Rather than helping resolve the issue calmly, Loretta was dismissive, rude, and made us feel as though we were being accused of dishonesty.
In the end, I chose not to take the replacement burrito due to how uncomfortable the situation became. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. The rest of the staff handled themselves well, but Loretta’s attitude overshadowed the entire experience. I hope this matter is addressed by management, as customer service like this...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for quite a few years and the service has been superb however, tonight I went through the drive-through and the worker was so rude. It was obvious that she hated her job. I ordered the dragon fruit slushy medium. I told her medium. She was quiet for a second. I repeated medium. She said in a rude tone small or large. I said medium. She was silent again. I repeated medium. She shouted again small or large. I just drove up to the window to see her face because I have never had such a cold reception at this Taco Bell. I just drove past the window and looked at her because I knew she had to be new because she was so mean spirited. I then drove all the way to 47th street to the other Taco Bell where I know that I would have better service. I also don’t trust her to even make my dragon fruit after that poor reception.I guess I will not be going back to this one. This manager needs to train her on good customer service because I’m sure if she keeps this nasty attitude they are gonna lose more customers….. They need to have a no star on this...
Read more, this is the worst experience ever on Taco Bell it took me around 40 minutes to get my order right I Was told by the cashier and Sandra the manager to either go inside or go around again to the drive thru so we can cheat the clock so I had to wait for another 25 minutes in line until all the other customers start placing their order and get their order first, then is my turn again I make it to the front again and my order is not right!! Again!! I got to speak to the manager Sandra again and she said there's nothing I can do you can come in or just go around again as a customer I don't think that's they know the purpose of the timing!! so I'm here park in the front of the restaurant for another 15 minutes to see if I can get my order right customer service in this place it's so bad so bad they really need someone who can take care of customers the way we really deserve to get treated because we're paying for our food we don't mind to wait but get treated it the...
